Whenever I call I have to wait 30 minutes or more and then be hung up on. I came into the store today to close my account because I’ve been waiting 2 1/2 months to get a loan and no one will contact me and they want me to do it all by myself and when I can’t they just stop communicating with me all together. I was able to get my account closed that I was required to open today. The account has been open for 2 1/2 months and I’ve only received one document about it. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude and upset even though I was calm and courteous and did not raise my voice or show any anger towards her or the associate who took care of me. Julia the associate who took care of me was sweet and professional but the other one was not. August 4th 2022

Alex I agree guess they are not good at servicing loans. Opened a HELOC with Corporate America where they were to pay off a mortgage. They waited to the last day, 1 Oct, when mortgage is automatically scheduled to withdraw from my account. They paid the payoff amount, as my new load amount, but the mortgage automatically taken out is not in limbo. Will have to wait till my mortgage company figures it out and refunds it, in the mean time I get to pay interest to Corporate America as I wait to get it back.The bank should have not waited till 1 Oct when the mortgage was automatically drafted, instead it should have been paid a few weeks prior to reduce this timing issue. So now I set with nearly nothing in my bank account, because of this timing issue, as well as paying them the interest on the money that was removed from my account while I wait to get refunded.They are in the mortgage business, didn't they think???

I am very surprised there are no reviews on this credit union. They should probably get out there!!!! I've financed the passed 3 vehicles I have with them.... Not only was I financed at a great rate and term but overall the people that work here are amazing. I can't complain about any of them! Highly recommend

Always place's holds on CASH deposits at atm for a few business days. Never accommodating. Horrible service over phone.

I have had a wonderful experience with Corp America Family credit Union since day one - they have always taken care of me and my needs...Just got an extended warranty on my Infiniti G37 & Kelli Holland made it so easy... definitely recommend them... A+++
