My wife and I dropped in here on a Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly. The gym was excellent. The workout kick our tails like it is supposed to do. We will definitely be back here the next time we are in the neighborhood.

Dropped in while in Glendale on business and the owners and coaches could not have been more welcoming. I hope to make this a regular yearly visit when I'm in Glendale.
