Absoute horror show. Rodents got into my things. Ate through boxes, clothes, wires, you name it. Poop throughout my things. Had thrown away bags and boxes, as most if not everything, was perfumed in rodent smell or chewed.
They took my complaint but there was one problem. Never got back to me on my report and complaint on the matter. Won't be getting any help so figure I'd save you guys the trouble of getting a storage at your own risk. Learned that the hard way I guess. Thanks Cube Smart. 😊

Quick and easy rentals at fair prices.. havent gone to the facility yet but can tell they are on top of their stuff with how simple and easy contactless rental was. Appreciate that and the better gate hours than most places.

Jason was stellar in helping me rent a unit. The one I had reserved was not at all what I wanted but he showed me others, within my price range. I appreciate his patience and service. The unit was clean and ready for move in. The app seems user friendly. I’m a happy camper 😊

Jason was so incredibly helpful when I went to Cubesmart today. I was considering moving my storage unit to another facility but he was so helpful that he provided me with a better option while staying at Cubesmart.
