Jon was very helpful, knowledge and kind as he helped me get set up with my storage unit at his facility. I was feeling pretty stressed when we first got there. Moving tends to do that to me. I am a disabled veteran, in my sixties, former Marine, with a bad back and chronic pain. His friendly banter immediately put me at ease and made this process 100% more enjoyable. Thank you, Jon!!

Unit was easily accessible and I appreciated the climate control option. They provide carts for easy moving of materials being stored and moved out. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The Manager John Walman is a complete liar. He contacted me about my dead sister's storage unit being up for auction. He told me if I paid the account up to date I or another family member could access the unit with a Death Certificate. I explained to him I live out of state and could get not get any court documents. I told him my Mom is very old, has health issues, and could not deal with the stress of getting court documents. He assured me that a Death Certificate would be work. I paid the past due amount of $802.78 two weeks before Christmas. My Mom (my Sister's Mom also whose name is on the Death Certificate....listed as the Next of Kin)went and attempted to get into the unit. At this point she was told that in additon to the Death Certificate she needed court documentation. Mr. Walman straight up lied to me to collect $802.78. This whole issue caused a major upset to our entire family. Being told we would be able to collect the sentimental items, family pictures and writings of my Sister.....only to be told we also needed court documents. Mr. Walman was very aware we only had a Death Certificate, she left no will, and we had no ability to get legal documents. If Mr. Walman represents the company Values of CubeSmart I am disgusted. Playing on a broken families emotions 2 weeks before our first Christmas without our Dear Jennifer. I called Mr. Walman and asked for a refund since he could not/did not provide the access he promised. The dude got irate on me, raised his voice and told me "That's never going to happen". He was trying to argue his point and being rude so I hung up on him. Mr. Walman you are a true Scum Bag. You lied to me. You caused my family severe emotional trauma on our first Christmas without Jennifer. All for what? So you could collect $802.78. For anyone still reading this review, I paid the storage bill for July, August, and September trying to find out what I needed to do to get access. I called every week and never got and answer so I left messages, I never got a call back. Only when I stopped paying and the auction did not bring enough money did this scum bag solicit me for money. Paying $802.78 for access would have been a great deal for closure.

There is a part in the lease agreement where they make it okay for them to charge you more. When I called they explained that in the lease sign they are able to increase your rate by 18%. Trust me they will do it. . . I would never recommend this company to anyone. Total scam.

The storage unit is alright . but trying to get a hold of them they never answer the phones . They take forever to do there rounds to . my amount also went up to I was paying 191 but now it's 200 something like why ? I don't recommend this storage.

I love that the elevator is conveniently located, with a cart nearby to assist with loading. I also like that the lock I purchased was cut for easy opening.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. From the time I started renting, 6 month later the price was raised. They raise the price every 6 months, so much so that by the time I closed the 10X15 unit my monthly payment was at $242.76. I complained in several reviews, but they were never posted, nor responded to. DON'T be sucked in by their free month and their low prices. They will begin to raise the price within 6 month and continue without reason.

I came in and I spoke with Jessica and she was very happy to assist me in my needs. Received a storage unit in no time. She was very responsive and respectful, thank goodness last place was a nightmare.

At first, I wasn't going to write this review but after 5 visits over the course of 3 months and nothing has changed. First of all, a business must provide working bathrooms for its customers. The last three visits were unpleasant because I was under the assumption the bathroom was open and when I went to use the bathroom it was locked. That is not acceptable because I the paying customer is forced to leave my rented space so I can go find a bathroom. However, I pay for a space that has a working bathroom but management chooses to lock the bathroom. Please stop it! I don't pray this minor situation is rectified expeditiously.
