want to give a shout out to pharmacist David Royere! He worked very hard with my insurance company so I could complete a vaccine I needed. He spent hours on the phone and had amazing patient care and finally got my insurance to pay for it! He went above and beyond and was so kind through the whole process! I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this pharmacist! Thank you David for everything you did for me! ?

This company provides prescriptions for Omnicare for the Alzheimer's facility my husband resides. This is the biggest rip off ever. They charge me 300% percent over what I could get the prescriptions for at Fry's. They have a contract with Brookdale so I am unable to bring my own prescriptions in. I have been hassling with this company for over a year. I used to shop at CVS but with the nightmare of dealing with Omnicare I will never shop this store again.

I called the pharmacy to check availability on my prescriptions post surgery and they did not have ANY of my five prescriptions so do your homework to make sure your life-saving prescriptions ARE available before driving all over town Definitely very careless what else could it be that's too bad This review was written February 7, 2022 and the time was 7:00 PM

This CVS Pharmacy is disgusting ! They take so long to attend their customers through the drive through ! EVERY SINGLE TIME. I do not understand how all the employees work at the same pace ! If you care about your time do not come here !

I had a question about why my prescription wasn't automatically filled as it usually was this month. The person on the phone had a very rude tone. She said, "Ok...so what's your question?" Without even getting my name or anything. She then told me that this prescription isn't able to be automatically filled. It has been the past two months, but she says this was supposedly a mistake. Then tells me, "It's your responsibility to call in your own prescription, not ours," I was stunned by how rude the comment came across I didn't know how to respond. I wish I got her name. No need to be rude. A simple "please call ahead of time to fill," would have been a decent response. Going to move my prescriptions to another location.

I am very disappointed with how I was treated during my visit. I went in to return an item as was being helped by a woman named Rhonda. When she took the receipt out of the bag she was very disrespectful and yelled at me for the receipt being too "scrunched up" and had a fit about hand typing it in. She proceeded to slam her hand on the counter multiple times and walked away from me while I waited. I will not be returning to this CVS and I am sure many other customers that interacted with her feel the same way.

The CVS on 75th and Cactus is the absolute worst. They have online scheduling for the flu shot but when you go there and no one else is in line, they make you wait 20 minutes and then don't explain why you're waiting. What is the point of having an appointment if you're asked to wait that long afterwards. This is the 3rd time I've gone to that pharmacy and walked out empty handed. I will not go back there again. They don't know how to treat their customers and there's too many other pharmacies in this town that would appreciate my business.

Had a great experience with this pharmacy. Had tried to fill my script at the Walgreens at 83rd Ave and Deer Valley but they are just an incompetent mess. Had doc resend the script but this time to CVS. It was a great experience. Will be transferring all my prescriptions here.

I like this Pharmacy. The staff here is well equipped, very formal and professional. I can’t complain. I’m thinking of changing to this location, because my current CVS pharmacy is ridiculous!!

Called in to the pharmacy a few minutes ago to check on a prescription. My first sentence was I'm calling to see if there is a prescription for me ready. Next steps are usually for pharmacist to ask for name and date of birth. Instead the person who answered (Amanda) says "Well who are you just so you know we don't have caller ID". She must have been the rudest person I have ever encountered and really needs to learn some customer service. I will be switching my pharmacy because there's no way someone should address a customer that way!!

This is my go to pharmacy and CVS store I go to. The clerks are always very helpful, friendly, and will literally leave the register to help you look for items unlike most stores. They also greet you whenever you come in.

Open 24 hours and conveniently located near me and on my way to work. Needed something at 6am, and it was easy to navigate the store and find exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman on shift was pleasant and friendly. I didn't get his name but he was an older gentleman. I can't really ask for much more.

The pharmacy could use some updates. The counter are crumbling. The store is kind of dirty. Pharmacy person look tired and stressed out. Could probably use some more staffing.
