Affordable meds, friendly staff. I've been going to the drive thru pharmacy and they're always super friendly. My prescription at Walgreens was $267 and only $63 at this CVS. Apparently, they run it through a "savings finder". Why Walgreens won't do this for you but will happily charge you 4x? I'm not sure but I'll be coming back to this CVS for cheap meds and friendly staff.

I've been on hold a total of 3 hours today (3 separate attempts calling in to the pharmacy) trying to get someone from the Pharmacy to assist me. I called the main store to get assistance and was told that "WE (as in, me?) need to respect all the other patients that have been waiting longer".... Wow. The store manager actually laughed at me over the phone when I asked for help. She was rude and condescending.

Was on hold for 35 min , walked into the pharmacy still on hold , I was the only customer at the pharmacy, I was told they were busy helping other customers , the phone system was saying 3 calls on hold , both pharmacists were completely ignoring the phones, the person helping me said "Im not the the only customer" I looked around and said "yes I am and you are not answering the phones , so who else are you working with? Im the only one in the store."

The team that works in the pharmacy clearly cares about their customers and, for me, they have gone out of their way to help. Friendly, problem-solving staff makes all the difference when things get complicated. I have traveled around and been to many CVS pharmacies across the US, as I live in Washington m, DC., and I can conclude that this particular store checks all the marks for quality and service. Every time that I phoned into this store I was able to speak to a pharmacist without delay or long hold. What a nice surprise!

The worst ! Pharmacist is rude , no one answers the phone !! A week later and they said my prescription was t ready for pickup. Definitely switching to Frys

The employees were very nice. But they charge EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for a passport photo. This is completely insane. Walgreens charges $5 but they didn't tell me how much it was until it was finished.

We have been waiting for an entire day for an antibiotic for my sick child, and I continue to be told, "we are just too busy to check our voicemail." I know for a fact our doctor left the script on their VM 6 hours ago. And when I ask if they can let me know and ETA on checking the voicemail, I get, "the pharmacist has stepped out." I guess they aren't too busy to step out. For the health of your loved ones, avoid this pharmacy!! Sounds like they have enough business anyway - and don't need ours.

I had the most pleasant experience at this CVS recently even though I was not feeling well. Not only did the girl at the regular store counter acknowledge and greet me but the pharmacist and two techs also greeted me immediately upon walking in. My medication was supposed to be ready by noon and I arrived at 8:30am to find that it was already ready. What great service and all with a smile.

Answer the fracking phone, maybe!? Called at 7:30p to check on a prescription for my son as he is screaming in pain and no one answers. Called repeatedly until they closed at 9pm and nothing. This is the third prescription with a similar experience- never again.

Like all the other reviews. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. Never answer the phone, screw up prescriptions, don't check if there are multiple RX's, don't ask or add insurance info unless you specifically ask if that is the price with insurance. Horrible!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use these guys for Hawaii travel Covid testing. We have now missed one flight and at great expense rebooked to a later flight and still have no results. And good luck calling them at the number they give you at the test specifically to check on results. You end up in a call center voice mail loop. Get your test at any other approved provider or plan to spend your vacation at home. 1
