  If you don't want to have a bad time, don't go there on 12/2/2025 I went to make a purchase and the person at the checkout was in tremendous bad shape.

  Daisy is an amazing pharmacy tec! She took the time to help me get my prescriptions with a discount! I will always be grateful. They're always busy, but always have everything ready to go when needed. As a Peoria resident, CVS on 75th Ave will always be my to go pharmacy.

  The pharmacy is very slow 🐌 I left the prescription more than 24 hours ago and I came back the next day and they told me that it was not finished and the person in charge, I think his name is Kisa, he told me I'm not gonna do that today come back tomorrow .

  Horrible Horrible. Used to be great 3 years ago. Rude blank and sullen faced pharmacist.......the only pharmacy techs who are customer service oriented and have brains are the muslim females who work there.

  Went to pick up my first prescription today. Waited 5 mins in front of the desk for someone to just say hi and keep walking around their office. Said they don’t have my insurance card and I gave it to them to confirm I have insurance. The lady took it and showed her boss so they can check my insurance information. One of them took a look and said “ I don’t know” and the other said “ I can check but It’s going to take a while”. They weren’t even busy. Finally checked my insurance and told me they don’t accept it. Understandable but very unprofessional. Definitely not coming here again. Don’t recommend if it’s your first time or at all.

  They always get my meds right, and on time. I'm giving them three stars due to the communication. The pharmacist neglected to tell me that there was a possible negative interaction with a new med, on top of the blood pressure meds I've been taking. Their new phone system is a headache as well. You can't speak to a staff member anymore.

  Was there Sept 27 2024. Thank you to Cindy ( mngr) and Lynn for great customer service.. Really like that they have manufactured coupons and special coupons on the savings area. You Can get some great deals on household items.
  They carry various sizes of laundry soap. thanks again Cindy and Lynn for your help that day.

  Pharmacist waited a week or more to fill prescriptions after you run out. Even though they were notified a week before I ran out of my medication. The pharmacist sends text to phone it’s ready. But gives me a totally different medication. Then tells me it will be ready he next day. The next day then the next day. Letting the manager know about what is taking place. They don’t care either. CVS is the worst place to get anything from. They refuse to let all prescriptions to be transferred to another pharmacy. They want to hold onto that one or more to show that they are doing their job’s. What a joke CVS is.. ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN SINCE I HAVE HAD TO DO WITHOUT MY OTHER MEDICATION THRY REFUSE TO FILL. SO NO WORRIES ABOUT NOT EVER PICKING THEM UP AGAIN.

  Waiting more than 1 hour to have a script filled. Told the pharmacist I had to go out of town she told me she has a lot of work to do and it would probably be 1.5 more hours that I should walk around the store and wait Been coming here a while and it usually only takes 10 minutes to fill.

  I feel like I’m always here lol.. I always have coupons and get good deals. Store always has what I need .. employees are always nice and friendly

  Male who answer the phone is very rude . 1 st time I thought ok having a bad day even thought I called the for help & answers since I was out of town & need my medications . When asking questions he cut me off and told me I’m sure you will figure it out , hung up the phone . 2 months later called them to advise wrong Rx was refilled , very rude and told me it’s my problem.Transferring all my Rx . Been going to this pharmacy for 5 yrs had an issue with my husband Rx thought that was it ! Will never sugguest or recommend this pharmacy

  I always try to be super nice whenever I call. As soon as they answer the phone thru out the call they are extremely rude the entire time, every time my family or I calls it’s the same issue with the workers being extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t know why it’s so hard for them to be nice
