Your automated phone service is the worst. So tired of talking to a machine everytime I call anywhere. I miss having real life people. Also, I have to do a whole song a dance everytime I refill the same RX, im told its in the system as cash pay and then its not, so then the RX is filed wrong….. everytime.

The dude who thinks he is a lady shouldn't be handling drugs. Mental health problems are real issues

Ever since they closed the CVS near my house and sent me to this one, the pharmacy line has been long enough that it mimics the wait at Walgreens. It's like they're begging me to go somewhere else.

Firstly just let me say that the experience I just had in the last 10 minutes at this CVS location has left me absolutely mind blown. The lady at the cash register absolutely turned a misunderstanding into a whole lot more than what it needed to be. Let me share the details of the situation. My friend and I walked into the CVS as any normal customer would and was we were greeted by the associate who was assisting a customer checking out. I replied respectfully with a smile on my face. So far, so good, but not for long. Immediately after the greeting I made my way to the display next to the registers with the ear buds, Bluetooth speakers, and charging accessories. I had just gotten my Christmas money from my mom maybe 15 minutes before this situation and I was going to impulse buy some stuff I have been wanting for awhile. My mind quickly changed when I noticed that the lady who was cashing out the customers was paying full attention to me and began ignoring the customer whom was right in front of her talking to her. Note that I was putting back each item in the spot I grabbed it from after I was done reading the description of the item on the box. I made sure that I was in full view of the camera at all times and I tried t refrain from reaching for my pockets at all because I already knew where this was going. This is not my first rodeo in this particular area of Peoria where if you wear your hat backwards, have tattoos that can be mistaken for prison or gang related, and talk with any kind of hip slang certain sensitive individuals will exaggerate a situation to the fullest because they profile. I'm not sure how long this particular associate has been in customer service but she failed miserably at being discreet about profiling and keeping a close eye on people she thinks were up to no good. This is where it gets exciting. After walking away from the display to go look for other items I had been wanting to get (pens, lotion, articles of clothing, and nail clippers) the associate did the most careless and disrespectful thing ever. After making it 100% clear that she was watching my friend and I she decides to go for employee of the month by going over the intercom and announcing "Attention, Scan all aisles" whilst having an open conversation with the customer at the counter about having to keep an eye on my friend and I. Side note.. I have multiple years of experience in loss prevention and evasive/defensive choice words to spook potential thieves into changing their mind about stealing stuff.. On top of that good ol Google has multiple articles where previous CVS employees explain what certain announcements are used for. After feeling completely, my friend and I turned around and headed for the door. I asked the associate if she wanted to check my pockets and told her she shouldn't be profiling and I walked out, went to my car, and started typing up this review. While I was walking out I saw that the associate had walked away from the register where she was still in the process of cashing out a customer. She was grabbing her cell phone and began dialing on it and talking to someone. One of the reasons I stuck around was because I thought she was calling police and I did not want to run away because I feel that would appear very suspect and guilty. The person she was calling shortly pulled into the parking lot staring at me in a way that made me feel like he was trying to intimidate or scare me. He parked, went inside and came back out about 2 mins later and got directly behind my vehicle and he was either getting my license plate number or trying to start trouble. After a few words back n forth about his intentions, we left and he stared at us until we were out of sight. Am I the only one who can see that she obviously called a random person who isn't a store associate on the clock to come and cause an issue with me? bravo cvs

Dentist called in my Rx early so it would be ready when I went to get it. Was told everyone is out of pharmacy for lunch and asked the receptionist to leave my Rx on voicemail. When I get here they didn't even have anything in the system. I had to call my dentist back to call them to fill the original request. Took over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff was friendly but means nothing when you're in pain and just want your Rx. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Out of stock a lot of items. Simple items that you go to a drug store for in the first place. No employees on the floor either if you need help with something. I asked an employee if she can help me and, in a very rude tone for no reason, she said no because she was the only one there.
