I've been going to this CVS for about 2 years. In the last couple of months there must have been a management change because now it's the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I plan on following up with the district manager

The only thing worse than living with chronic illness is having to deal with these individuals at the pharmacy on a monthly basis. No sense of urgency, no customer service, and don't bother calling they'll just hang up on you. Wish 0 star was an option.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. You can never reach them. They never have a clue what's going on or that prescriptions were even placed. You'll get a text saying it's ready, you'll show up and they'll have no clue that was even an order.
