This is the very worst repair shop we have ever been to. They have had our Can-Am for 8 months, and we still do not have it back. They claimed the engine blew, so they got $10,000 more from our insurance company months ago. Still nothing! They don’t communicate unless we call. Once they get your insurance money, I guess you go to the back of the line. I would never recommend them.

BEWARE - Do not use this company. Absolutely horrible service. They have had our razor since September 2024 and we continue to get the same excuses every week as to why they have not completed the repairs. September 2024! I’m sure their response to a bad review will be just as pathetic as their excuses to get the job done.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was absolutely terrible and incredibly unprofessional. It took over 8 months to get our Can-Am fixed, which is just ridiculous. When I called our insurance to ask if it’s normal for a repair to take that long, Anthony called and started cussing over the phone! Completely unacceptable behavior.
We specifically asked for a certain brand of control arms to be placed in the car, and one of the excuses for the long wait was that they were waiting on those arms. However, when we picked up the car, there was a completely different, cheaper set of arms installed. To make matters worse, when we finally got the Can-Am back, there was cracked and scratched plastics, water damage to the radio screen, and signs of it being left out in the sun for a long periods of time.
This place has no respect for their customers or their time. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to save yourself the frustration and stress.

Anthony and his team had my pro r out in about a days time, custom built AMBER interior lighting, pods install and rock lights, the quality of their work is some of the best in the industry and I was blown away by their awesome prices on their own custom builds. Highly recommend them, especially the interior custom lighting that’s only available from them??

I recently had the pleasure of working with Direct UTV Collision Center after my vehicle was involved in an accident, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism stood out. They offered a convenient vehicle pickup service, which made the whole process incredibly easy for me. I didn’t have to worry about getting my car to the shop; they took care of everything.
Their communication throughout the repair process was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, especially regarding my insurance claims. It was reassuring to know that they were on top of things and handling the paperwork efficiently.
In addition to their great service, the staff at Direct UTV Collision Center are genuinely nice people. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in their work.
Overall, my experience with Direct UTV Collision Center was outstanding. The quality of their work, combined with their excellent customer service, makes them a top choice for anyone in need of collision repair. Highly recommended!

A friend of us warned us about this business after we had taken our canam to do a free appraisal. When we talked to the owner Anthony that we didn’t want our car get fixed with them he was gonna charge us $2500 to get it out of his facility and they had already request the check to the insurance. Just to give you an advise with this business don’t ever do a verbal agreement with them. ?

Direct utv does it again! This is my 2nd time using direct utv after an unfortunate accident. Anthony and all the staff are amazing, my can am looks awesome!
I couldn't be happier with the repairs and how fast they got it done and back to me.
