John Flores is amazing. We had a fairly large order of patio furniture to redo our backyard. He came out and met with us to work out the design. He helped us with the order and found us as many discounts as could be offered, and then he met the delivery drivers at our house on the day of delivery to stage the furniture. He was a class act to work with- professional, helpful, highly recommend! In choosing different stores to shop from, his excellent customer service was a determining factor for us. Thank you, John!

We were looking for a fire-pit table when we visited the store. We were immediately met by ADRIAN LANTON, one of the store’s associate.He was not only, extremely personable and well spoken, but knew the merchandise well.He assisted us as we walked around and pointed out the units he felt would be best for our application.You just don’t get that sort of “customer service” anymore.If you are in need of anything from this shop, ask for Adrian..he is a winner and knows his merchandise!!

I recently had a phenomenal customer experience at this particular location with John, the sales rep that assisted my wife and I with selecting a large umbrella for our backyard.John allowed us into the store as they were literally closing for the day, he patiently answered our questions and provided suggestions (which we ultimately followed) and he actually help us to install an in-ground solution for such a large umbrella. John is a wonderful sales associate and an even better person that we now know and trust.Thank you good Sir.

I honestly haven't been into the store but the worker who was doing the sign flipping on 83rd and Bell was a showstopper! I honestly might go in there now because of his immaculate performance! Give that man a raise!

Very good customer service and warranty. Very good quality furniture. They have a great selection of furniture. The good stuff! They offer a fabric besides Sunderland that is supposed to be even more durable and helpful against spills and water called Bliss. I really like the feel and textures. Some of the dinning chairs on sale were still 700+ per chair which I found to be a bit high, but reasonable table prices. I would say it is a lifelong investment where you may have to change out the cushions one or twice depending how much sun the get. Fully covered patio your totally set! You could easily spend 5k to 7k here on a set. Prices are crazy now on everything everywhere and other warehouse places selling furniture you will be spending 2k to 4k easy. Still good quality but not as good and you definately have to watch what you buy now when other places are selling painted aluminum that bubbles, scratches and peels off. The sales guy here was super cool, enthusiastic and new his stuff. You won't see this stuff selling second hand as it is a good investment worth keeping for the long haul. Recommend shopping sales. You may also finance with them through Wells Fargo.

We have been looking for patio furniture, sitting in one chair after another, then Paddy O' Furniture popped up on my phone. When we walked in we felt like we were in Wonderland. Every chair we sat in was beautiful as well as amazingly comfortable. The sales people were friendly, informative and helpful, all without hovering. It was a great experience purchasing the furniture from Paddy O' and the delivery was as scheduled. The delivery folks were friendly, they unpacked and set up the furniture just as we wanted. Kevin Markiewicz was very helpful when we were in the store, and kept us updated on the delivery of all the pieces.
