I had such a great experience at this storage facility. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The person who helped me was fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. They walked me through everything and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before I left.
It’s not always easy to find great customer service these days, but they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, well-maintained storage space with top-notch support!

I needed a storage unit and decided to inquire with Dollar storage because it is in close proximity to my house. I had the opportunity to interact with each member of the staff, and hands down, they are some of the nicest individuals working out of that location. Jim took time to give me a tour of the property and the prospective unit I would be renting. There is a chance I may need a second unit, so he went through his inventory to find me something close to the initial unit, and even provided a smaller secondary option if cost was a factor. Just the fact that he took the time to sit with me and have that conversation shows the staff are empathetic to customers’ needs. It was a very pleasant experience. Additionally, the property is well maintained, so it gives you the feeling your stored items will be well cared for and safe.

This location is amazing! The location is extremely clean and the staff goes above and beyond for you! More importantly Jim and Audrey were exceptional and very professional and made the process really easy. They were accommodating and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!! 5 STARs !!!

They people at Dollar Self Storage were absolutely amazing. Terry was especially great. He took the time to walk to me to the units and show me how the place actually functions. I will be a proud renter here for the coming months.
