Had a storage unit here for about 2 years! They are very friendly & have great customer service. All around great people to work with! I knew my belongings were safe here. Also I love the fact that the units are air conditioned. Kept my makeup & candles intact through the hot summer months. Thanks again!

I needed a storage for about 45 days, after searching the internet, I found the Dollar Storage on Lake Pleasant Pkwy. I went in and check them out and was very pleased with the customer service I received was excellent and the staff was very helpful. They also have one of the best price I have seen on the internet. If they had a 10 star, that would be my rating.

This self-storage facility is the best in town! It's very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. Terry was especially helpful, he provided answers to all of my questions, he did not pressure me, he really made the process so easy, and he made sure my unit was clean and ready for my move-in. The layout of the storage units was also appealing to me. I'm so happy I found this place!

Peoria Dollar Self Storage Unit #18 is a top notch representative of the CA. based company. My wife and I are in our mid 70s and the manager there provided us with the key/lock package and showed us how to use it effectively. He also rented us a 10x15 storage unit that was both air conditioned with a parking overhang over the entrance to the units. Thanks to his conscientiousness, my wife and I were able to fill up the unit so we could move to a house closer to our grandkids. Throughout the six months, the manager and staff called to advise us whether our credit cards werw working (bank card information was taken by people who broke into the files and took lists of credit cards including ours). The entire staff was amazing and personable yet professional with impeccable knowledge of the rules and options for the storage units. Thanks to their help and service to all their customers, we were able to move with no problems at all. Thank you for a smooth six month operation for us from the folks at Peoria Unit #18. We'll make sure we tell our friends about the company and the great service provided to the customers.
