This Dollar Tree needs some love. But I’m sure it’s hard for anyone to deal with. The area has a certain level of filth. If a good deep cleaning would help a lot. One cashier was working really hard to check out all the customer. Now if you need to make a delivery to this store and your driving a 53’ trailer do not enter from the Ono side or Peoria side. Only a 28’ will make the turn. This google photo from years ago show bent damage poles. Enter from the 67th Ave side and back all the way to door. Now you need to wedge between another trailer but you save your tires from damage. Hope this help anyone because it took 30 minutes to turn and not hit anything.

Didn't want to leave any stars. Line was way too long for there to only be 1 cahier open. To top ot off, she is slow. When asked if there was anyone else she can call for help she was rude and said no, I'm the only one here. Management should really step in and help out their cashiers when the line is too long.

Went in yesterday and was treated with such disrespect from the woman working there!! Store is dirty, slow, and just overall disgusting! I will never step foot in your store again!

There’s a “worker” here name aliyah that I asked her to be nice with my glass cups and she was really rude and I asked for a manager and she ended up calling another lady I’m always here buying and she’s seen me and she said I scream at her and I even told the manager to check her cameras because I did not scream at her. You guys need to change your workers to better ones or train them that just cuz they’re managers they don’t have the right to treat people less than them cuz obviously they’re working to get money not cuz they own the store

At the 67th Ave and Peoria location, I had to ask the cashier how long the line needed to be before she called for a backup cashier. The line thanked me for saying something, but the cashier took an attitude problem with me. She needs to grow up and learn to her job. She looked woke and probably thinks the world owes her something

This location has been one of my top favorites for years because of the different merchandise they have. Not the cleanest but unfortunately the customers don't seem to be either so I don't put all blame on workers. My opinion has changed since they seem to hire the rudest people. We all know what it's like after a long day, ready to go home and tired; but your customers should never know that. Very unprofessional "we close in 10 minutes" over the intercom and hearing them discuss using their "mean voice" to get customers out. Then I just happened to walk past and heard "are you almost done" I disregarded considering I was towards the register; then I asked "are you talking to me" her response "we are closing". Your right, you are closing in 5 minutes. I apologize that I myself work retail and did not get off until 30 minutes before you closed I decided to stop in on the way home. Crazy how you have a job representing a company with a paycheck and you would be so petty and rude. Maybe dollar tree needs to send their existing and new employees to a customer service training. We all have bad days and that's understandable but your customer shouldn't know it. Idk, maybe that's just my opinion but I definitely don't like spending my earned money where I'm treated poorly. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and the multiple encounters of miserable workers I will be driving to a different one.

I get restocking the shelves and that's greatly appreciated but do you really have to close off the whole aisle to restock a portion of it? The stores not very big as it is so if your claustrophobic be aware.

Always check your receipts!! Every single time I’ve been there they have charged me for 1-2 extra items. They’re in a hurry to get you out and they’re not paying attention so they scan items twice. There’s never a manager to talk to either.
