Friendly atmosphere and lots of equipment to use. I enjoy that there is a serenity room that is set away from the main gym to have more of a quiet space. Very clean as well.

Maddie was fantastic! Helped me with a day pass and got me oriented to the gym before getting going. Also enjoyed the equipment and fun atmosphere. Happy to come back when I am in town!
