Placed an order and received no texts or updated on delivery window. They arrived however no one answered so I received a call and they refused to leave it at the door. Upon receiving it I was disappointed had a few pieces of fruit and the rest was a greenish plant/base will not be ordering from this location. Have had better experience at other locations should have read reviews before placing order.

DO NOT ORDER i Ordered a get well fruit arrangement and it wasnt delivered on the day it was supposed to, i never recieved a phone call or email to let me know. I Talked to an employee and they can care less!

What happened to edible arrangements!!?? They used to be so dependable and good service. It's horrible service now!!!! TANYA YOU GIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the time I ordered. To weeks later, I've left two messages of complaints and noone has called me back from corporate!!! So disappointing!!I used to order a lot too. I do not like bad service. They've lost my business.

I looked up Edible Arrangements on Saturday so I can purchase a edible Arrangement for a family members birthday. There hours said 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and when I arrived there at 2 pm they were closed. I was really looking forward to buying a an arrangement.

Placed 2 orders via the corporate website for delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day. Both orders were 'received by store' and I was charged, but the order was never fulfilled. It's now 5 days later and still no response on this order, including to my request to cancel. I've initiated a dispute and intend to recover my costs. NEVER EVER order from this store.

If I can give this store a 0 stars I would. I ordered an edible arrangement from here for my mother in law to get it delivered yesterday May 13th. My husband told me NOT to order from here again because of our previous horrible orders we have had in the past. However, I assumed this time would be different but of course it wasn’t. I have tried calling over and over and no answer. No communications from them what so ever. My mother in law never got a Mother’s Day gift because of them. I will no longer order from Edible Arrangements because of this store. I will be disputing this order. They are horrible. Don’t spend any of your money with this pathetic as store.

I placed an order for 1pm pickup on Mother’s Day, I live in Japan so I had my dad go to pick up. He waited 2 hours and they told him it would not be ready before close then was told to come in the NEXT DAY!! Are you kidding me? I paid ahead of time and expected my mom to receive it that day. He went back the next day and was told was not ready but also the container it came in was sold out so he would have to come back the next day! This was his second trip so they opted to give him someone else’s order that was no where near what I ordered! I called multiple times with no answer and submitted contact request on their site. This is just horrible service!!

Got a call at 8pm last night asking if I would accept an order this late. I didn’t know about it, it was supposed to be a surprise. I stayed up till past 10pm and no one showed. It’s now 3pm the next day, nothing showed. The shop is now closed, and there’s literally no way to get in contact with anyone. I’ve tried. This store really screwed up today, it’s Mother’s Day and I’m their third negative review from just today.

I placed an order in advance for chocolate dipped strawberries on 5/9 for pickup on Mother’s Day on 5/14. The morning of 5/14 I receive an unapologetic call informing me they don’t have fruit, will be closing at two, and won’t have my order ready until tomorrow. You can’t depend on this business to deliver on time for special occasions.

0 Stars for the WORST service ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! LIARS!!I placed an order on 5/12 to be delivered on Mother’s Day 5/14 via online. I called Saturday and Sunday to confirm they received the order and that it’ll be delivered Sunday, I was told it would be between Noon-8pm. Order never arrived. I then called the following Monday (today) and Spoke to Paula Ramos who said they will deliver today and compensate me with a add on for the delay, she also said they will remake the order and she will contact the delivery driver herself, and the order will be delivered 3-5pm. It’s now 5 and order still not delivered. I called and was on hold for over 30 mins and the call redirected to a voicemail, stating it was after hours. I never experienced anything like this and I want a refund asap and I will report to the BBB. This is despicable, to lie repeatedly to me about when my order will be delivered. Very unprofessional and this company should be out of business.Do Not Order From This Place, they don’t deserve your money. Shame on me for not reading the reviews beforehand. NEVER AGAIN! I was told I’ll get a call from the manager Tanya Rankin, never got a call.

This is the second Mother's Day that this store had ruined for me. A cpl of years ago they delivered my arrangement the day after mothers day and now I chose to have a pickup so they couldn't ruin the delivery and my father shows up for my mothers gift on time and they tell him they ran out of fruit the night before. No call was placed to warn us or anything. This store is managed terribly and the manager should be fired. I will never again use this company in any state

This business is not punctual at at. Two years in a row and I was told come back tomorrow or come back in a few hours from the date and time in which the product was supposed to be done. Do not expect things to be done on time. I am sorry but time crunch for special days such as mothers day is important.

I had a horrible customer service by the employee on April 15th, 2023. My pick up was scheduled for 5pm. The Lady calls me to tell me she will be closing at 4pm and needed me to pick up sooner. She didn't even ask me nicely, then she messeges me asking if someone was on their way because again she had to close. My husband had to stop what he was doing to head over that moment. Once he arrived there I inform her he's outside, then the calls stop going thru. He's waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come out. This is a buisness? How unprofessional to have hours set up that aren't followed. There is no point to have the option to schedule pick up if I have to go whenever they employee decides it's time to close.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an Edible Arrangements. Placed my order Feb 9th to be Delivered on Feb 14th. ZERO communication about order status…lo and behold order was never delivered. The lack of respect and care for the paying customer is terrible! I will NEVER order from this place again and I encourage others to stay away…Believe the other negative comments as they all follow the same pattern!UPDATE: Same cookie cutter response from the “owner” of the business. I have no interest in reaching out to your team or ever doing business with this location again. There are plenty of Edible stores in the valley. It’s obvious this place isn’t being managed correctly if numerous customers are having the same issues over and over again.
