Came in with a million questions and AJ answered all of them and then some. My son was looking for a gaming computer, and he put together a perfect package. Even a desk! Definitely recommend to anyone with questions to be answered. Thanks AJ!

My name is Richard and I go to Emerald Computers to buy used computers for my collection and let me tell you those guys are awesome! They have so many computers to choose from and they will test everything before you buy just to make sure its 100% they are vary kind and honest and above all they have a lot of patience I tend to take a bit looking around at systems I want to buy. And they always have good deals!! Bottom line is they are honest hard working computer guys I highly recommend you give them a call or vist if you need a computer or parts or advice call them. They are one of the best pc stores under the sun.

(Edit added after reply by store as this was the correct business)Still get pissed off and upset whenever I think about how I was scammed $3500 for a PC that never worked for gaming and still doesn’t to this day. Day one it had documented issues and payed $1400 for a USED graphics card that never functionedEDIT: I am most certainly not.I brought in my PC that was not running properly to get it fixed. Was told I needed to upgrade the graphics card so I asked for the top of the line one. They installed a used 1080ti (not top of the line) and without being informed it was used for $1400. It was not working well and I had the tech come to my house from Emerald computers and showed him it was not working. They at one point claimed it was the game I was running (Apex Legends) however it would crash consistently with nearly every game I tried to play. (Halo, Call of duty, rouge company)I was told there were no refunds so I was stuck with a PC that was struggling to run CSGO….. Yes CSGO…I was told I needed to upgrade the whole PC and proceeded to have them build a PC from scratch. It still did not work…They were still using the used 1080ti cause the no refunds and they claimed it worked.Still no refunds.I brought it to another PC shop. Was told it was the used 1080ti that had been overclocked previously. The card was overheating.Edit 2: I ended up not gaming for a year on the PC I spent thousands on to game with and it became my work PC… it still had issues and would crash. I now game on a laptop with the PC collecting dust beside the laptop

DONT come here if you need a charger for your laptop, buy the charger online. (They sell them cheaper online) than at this place. But I was expecting a charger at this place to be like $20-40 but no, the short Asian guy charged me $70 for a 90W charger that I didn't need at all and it didn't even belong to my computer. But I did end up getting it because I didn't have one at the time and had to deal with that crappy one too. Though, It worked but thing is when I tried playing my video games on my laptop, both battery light and computer light would go off. And that also proved that it didn't belong to my laptop. And I also DID end up buying that actual watts charger to my computer online and it was wayyyy CHEAPER and works better than the charger that guy gave me. So I really suggest not coming here for a charger too, because it was also dirty from the inside.

(Visited 11/25/23)First time I visited this store, the associate seemed unusually suspicious of me and was unfriendly. I was only looking to see if there were any computer parts I could purchase. I was genuinely unaware that this store wasn't like Best Buy where a customer could simply walk-in and look around. I asked if they sold some SSDs, they told me the price and I told them I'll look elsewhere. They seemed eager to have me leave immediately. I hope it was just a misunderstanding. If an appointment was necessary and that customer walk-ins aren't welcome, that should've been made clearer the first time I was approached. Will not visit again.

These computers, as well as the business, are complete garbage. We have purchased 3 Tygazer laptop computers from them and they have all failed due to swelling batteries. More than once. The proposed solution was to not plug the computer in, let the battery run down, and recharge. This has only resulted in further swelling. To make matters worse, the owner not only refuses to do anything about this, but he has been a complete rude arrogent condescending asshole to my wife throughout the process.. and my wife is one of the nicest people on the planet. If you have any inclination to do business with this moron... please reconsider... he needs to be put out of business.
