I bought3 mini vans from Enterprise and took a friend. My last van I didn't get a spare tire and my passenger side never would open. I called and asked for the guy I bought it from they said no one works here by that name. I took a friend there a month ago to buy a car and there he was. My 3 vans have been good except the back door never opening and no spare . I'm planning on buying another van this week and hope I get a good one..all the ones I've seen have so m a NY miles on them

BUYER BEWARE - do not purchase from Enterprise Car Sales! They made the buying process seem so easy, but now I know its because they don't want you to ask questions when they're selling you a crap car.My recently widowed mom was in the market for a new car after being in an accident. After renting a car from Enterprise, they mentioned their car sales to her and they were able to find something that fit within her specifications. After waiting 10 days for them to "put in a new battery," they sent someone over with a purchase agreement to her home to sign for her new Kia Soul. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the sales guy came out to grab the cash that my mom paid for the vehicle and that's it. He sent another guy to bring us the car and he simply opened the doors while we looked at the vehicle and that was it, he offered NO other information about the vehicle: connecting Bluetooth, the start/stop technology, nothing. In the past few months that my mother has owned this vehicle, the power steering has gone out, one of the tires has needed air repeatedly, and last night I had to go help her jump start her car after the battery died (no, she didn't leave anything on in the car).Strange that the "new" battery died already when she had to put off purchasing the vehicle so they could put a new one in. Well, given the date on the battery - its old and from 2020. After calling Enterprise upset with the problems she's been having after paying CASH for the vehicle, they repeatedly told her there's nothing that they can do unless its a powertrain issue, then it will be covered under warranty with Kia. They are no help and show no empathy whatsoever. She will be doing whatever she can to get rid of the vehicle and NEVER refer anyone to Enterprise Car Sales, specifically, the Peoria location. And I will be doing whatever I can to make sure that my mom gets into a safe, reliable vehicle since apparently you guys can't be trusted to do so.Thank you Enterprise, for making my moms already s****y year even worse.

Painless and to the point. Didn’t waste all day there like at other dealerships!Everyone was polite and friendly. Unlike other dealerships pressing to sell me something I don’t want. Overall a great experience! Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience at Enterprise Car sales recently. The salesmen were knowledgeable about the product and services offered...no haggling. They we not pushy and let me have the space to make my decision on my time table. After my purchase was made and a minor problem arose, the manager stepped in and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Great customer service is hard to find these days. The sales team at this Enterprise on 91st is Highly recommended.

We were looking to get a used car and trade in our current car. We needed the vehicle for a few more weeks and told them that upfront. They told us that was perfectly ok and they had no problem holding the one we liked until we were ready for the swap.As we were just a few weeks away from our agreed upon price, the office called and asked if we would like to come in and sign for the car then so that way when the day arrived for the swap, we could just exchange keys.As we went through the future contract our sales rep and the GM both told us about an extended service we could purchase for approximately $3000. They also offered Gap Insurance for $750. I wasn't sure if I was interested as the prices seemed a little high and I wanted to do some research. Both employees told me once I signed I could not add them on, so they suggested I agree to getting them and as long as I informed them prior to the sale or within 30 days I could just cancel and the amount would be removed from the amount of the loan. We acquiesced.Along came the purchase day and we went down excited to be getting our new to us vehicle. As we were exchanging keys I didn't understand why they didn't have anything for me to sign and asked. They then told me the loan had already been processed and I already owned that vehicle. I was also told that they owned my trade-in.I reminded them they had told me if I changed my mind I didn't have to do anything. Just don't show up and switch keys.I then found out that the loan included the service warranty and the gap insurance. I told them I didn't want either and had expected to discuss that with them before the printed up final documents. This when I was told they owned my car and the car I was picking up was already mine. I was livid. They swore to me that they would remove it first thing in the morning. I then spent the next 2 months calling the loan underwriter to see if my loan amount had been changed. It did not. I spoke on the phone to my sales rep and the GM numerous times with more promises. Only when I threatened to call our local news station that the warranty was removed.I asked about the Gap Insurance. They gave me a phone # and told me that it was my responsibility to call the underwriter myself. I called that number over 100 times and never once did I speak to a human being. On the outgoing message their machine, it stated I needed to contact my seller in order to get this removed. I called Enterprise back more than 20 times trying to get my money refunded. Now it has been 7 going on 8 months and still I am paying for gap insurance that I already have with my car insurance. I still cannot contact their carrier and I have no reason to believe they even exist.Do Not Buy From These people.

Don't waste your hard-earned money here!Bait-and-switch. Fraudulent activity! This company ruined our summer trip. We Paid the transfer fee for a vehicle then were lied to and told the vehicle was here in Arizona when it's still in another state. We were also told that the vehicle was $10,000 more than what we were quoted after we paid the transfer fee! The owner and other managers have called but no one has resolved this issue at all! They are still holding our transfer fee that we paid, and as a result of not getting this vehicle, we were not able to pull our camper so our summer plans have been ruined . Currently seeking legal action. If anyone has had this happen to them also please contact us as our lawyer the consumer affairs department would like to know.

Enterprise Car Sales in Peoria Arizona gets a zero rating from me. They're all about making you happy until they have your money. , 2 weeks later after buying a new car Parts are breaking, Parts are missing on the car,the wind Shields was cracked and they said it was fixed comet now. It's spreading across the windshield, and the headlights don't work. No. One will call me back to get these issues fixed There was a crack in the windshield when I got it. They said it was already fixed and now it's spreading across the windshield. I've only had this car for 2 and a 1/2 weeks and haven't been made the first payment on it yet!! I am not happy. I bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales as a figured the maintenance would Have been kept up on it. Evidently not. I'm ready for them to take the car back and as far as I'm concerned the sales contract is null & void, because they did not hold up there under the bargain. ☹️. A very disappointed customer.

Consumer Fraud alert. The price of the truck on their national site was listed. It stated below the consumer price !! it was well below value.. and in big red letters on their site. it was a great deal. We took a screenshot of the truck. The price, the vin ect . We called the dealership and they confirmed the price. With the other branch. We paid the transfer fee to buy the truck. Fee receipt list the trucks info. The dealership salesman says" the truck is yours".We wait. We received a call. The truck is now in AZ from California. It Will be here tomorrow morning at 10 am. Both in text and on phone call, we are happy..Great we say. Oh the bad news is we are going to charge 10k more!?( Again after we paid the transfer fee, and confirmed the price)We informed them that this is illegal. They listed for one price took $$ and now wanted 10k more? The salesman says he will talk to the manager. We hear back from the manager. Who side steps and shuffles, points fingers, and says there were "mistakes". The list price was a "mistake." And the text informing us that the Truck was in state, was a "mistake." You see we are not liable as it now never left California. And the phone call confirming that the truck was in the state was another " mistake" (lie)The managers solution was to attempt to go to the district rep and negotiate a lower price, that would still be $$ well above the listed sales price $$ that was offered. You know " mistakes" .This is how they do business!!! Buyer beware.!!! We now have to get lawyers to keep the dealership honest. This is Awful.
