The agent that assisted us in acquiring a storage unit was exceptional. She was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to help us quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and the storage unit that met our needs and more. The manager on site, MaryKate found us and assisted us to our unit and explained how the key works. She is also very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. You have a great team. Good employees are hard to find, these 2 are great employees. Find ways to keep them with your company.

Our business needed two large vehice parking spots and regular 10x15 storage room. I made calls to a few other places that were not particularly helpful. When I called Extra Space Storage at 95th & Peoria I got a hold of Mary Kate. She was awesome. In less than 20 minutes we had everything set up for all three rentals. The process of quick and pain-free. We'll be move trailers and equipment needed for our growth here in the next few days. THANKS AGAIN Mary Kate!
