The staff, Corrie Lewis , was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The staff ensured the rental process was understood, explained all security procedures, and answered every question with a friendly and patient demeanor.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Corrie at the Extra Space Storage on 75th Ave & Cactus. From the moment I first walked in, she has been nothing short of outstanding. Corrie is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, she made the process of getting and renting units simple and stress-free. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, walk me through everything step by step, and ensure I had the exact storage solution I needed. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, but Corrie definitely does. If you’re looking for storage in Peoria, I highly recommend this location and especially working with Corrie She’s the reason I’ll continue to use Extra Space Storage.

Super extra effort to get me and my friend pro rated. We were looking at paying for an extra month even though it would be empty the entire time. Corrie got our move out date moved up so we saved $100.
