Avoid this Family Dollar store at all costs!!! The manager is a very rude person and has no idea what customer service is!! She has no clue how to deal with customers or how to manage the store!!! They are price gouging customers and overcharging for items clearly marked with a lower price on the display case!!! I have never been impressed by any of the Family Dollar stores I have visited!! They need to get their management on board with what customer service is!!!! I’m done spending money at Family Dollar!!!!!!

This location has been a dump and an eyesore for a long time. Almost everything in the store mispriced in their favor, hundreds of open boxes in the aisles. Lately seems to be taking a turn for the better. Seems to be different health. Isles are clear.

This is by far the worst store I've ever been to! Most of the times I've gone they have a hand written sign up stating they're closed till whatever time. I was there today and the sign said they'd be back at 10.... Waited 10 minutes... They came back pulled the sign down and put it back up saying they'd be open at 12. So unprofessional. How is this store even in business if they're always closed! ?

NOT ADA FRIENDLY! Not only was there no room for a wheelchair the aisles were all blocked. Asked for help and was ignored. Had to come back to remove a dye tag left on. Ended up going home to find not only did I not get back the slippers I had purchased, the guy at the check out stole my backpack by not returning either item and pretending to put them into my sack behind my chair.
Disgusting behavior for a business!

Came here to get a few things and ended up walking out with nothing. The place is dirty, there were a lot of stuff in the isle which made it difficult to shop and walk around with my cart. It’s very unorganized to the point where I didn’t know how much a product is. They need help badly. Now I gotta drive to another family dollar.
