We have been the only customers in the store for the last 25 minutes and not a single employee (there are 3 standing around) offered assistance. It was super obvious we couldn't find the shoe my daughter is looking for and were walking around the whole store- and an employee walked past us twice and never offered to help. Do NOT recommend this store!

Went in to buy Oofos and they had a couple but on checkout she said they were returned. I said I wasn't sure as someone obviously used them so I said I think I will pass. What a rude person who obviously isn't in customer service. Will definitely not return to this location. Attitudes like hers is why I do more and more Amazon shopping!

Famous footwear is nice and big and clean. Staff is very friendly. They assisted me with whatever I had questions with. Their selection range is ok. I was looking for Ascis running shoes, and there was only of its kind. Some of the other shoes were in wide, and mine is regular size. If I would get my choice then for sure I will buy there but unfortunately not many.

Very disappointed in the selection there. I always go in with hopes of finding something but leave with nothing. I have on several occasions went in needing womens dress shoes..there is no selection or options to choose from. If your looking for athletic shoes yes but then if you're looking for kids shoes .small selection and kind limited options

Lady opened store late then seemed upset people were waiting. Very rude. I'll just shop online so I don't have to have such poor service. Or go somewhere else.

Came here from surprise location ready to buy a $100 pair of shoes, apparently can’t go inside because “the store is flooding.”Wasn’t looking to browse or shop around. Simply looking to get a shoe that wasn’t available in my size at the other location.I signaled the employee like as in absolutely can’t?He looked at me annoyed and pointed at the sign on the door.I get it. But also I don’t, because I literally just wanted to grab the box, pay, and go.The store is fine lol it’s not a tsunami in there. Im amazed they really are paying an employee to simply be there for absolutely nothing and miss out on sales.I’ll be purchasing my shoes not even from Famous Footwear but rather the website of the maker of the shoe.I believe it’s all in the details, and this detail of attitude and unavailability was just not my cup of tea makes me remember why I stopped shopping here in the first place.Just so happened they had the shoe I wanted in stock so I drove from 1 location to the other after a long work day looking for new work shoes for the rough weekend I have ahead of me.The employee seemed like he’s so comfortable not being held accountable for doing anything today or for however long this “floods” been going on he couldn’t even handle giving me the time of day for a question, a women came in after with her her two children I believe an employee as well but I said “excuse me” to the employee in pink opening the door for her, hoping she’d give me the time of day all while I stood in front of the door she locked up again and walked away. Not sure how she could not hear me requesting to ask 1 question or be helped but she simply walked away.At the surprise location the employees were hanging out either amongst themselves or with friends I’m unsure.. but they were too busy chatting and didn’t give any opening to bother them for anything.Famous Footwear if you’re seeing this, you need better employees who haven’t forgotten what working means. Everyone here is cruising through their paychecks lol. Ridiculous work ethic at these places.

Had to return a pair of Sketchers that weren't quite the right size. We had purchased them at another Famous Footwear but were out shopping in this area. Entering store we received a hello from the cashier who was busy with other customers but took the time to look up. These stores have a large number of style options and we found it easy to find many good in store choices as well as online alternatives. The staff offered their help if needed and checkout was fast.

They didn’t have the boots I was looking for, but the staff went out of their way to help me. When I decided to look elsewhere, they were understanding and didn’t push me into buying. Good selection of tennis shoes though! I’ll be back.

A very nice selection of shoes for both men and women. I go there for the Teva Forebay walking sandals. Last week I climbed 540 steps in them.
