Second trip in the last 2 days and everyone has been nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. There were several employees working this afternoon who kept everything moving along and customers in and out quickly. They stayed friendly and professional, in spite of a very combative and disruptive customer that had come in and was making threats to have everyone fired. I was impressed by their attempts to de-escalate a situation that was a no win, as it seemed the man came in with a grudge and was determined to find an issue to fight about. Thankfully the service was quick and I was on my way quickly. Horrified by the behavior they had to put up with.

Terrible customer service. Came in to make a return, stood for five minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. They had issues scanning my QR code, and tried to blame me for not doing the return right. Guy #3 finally gets it, and it turns out it was their fault, not mine (shocker). I didn’t get an apology or anything for being there for 15 minutes on a trip that should have been 30 seconds. Go somewhere else.

Just be warned stay away, or pre label everything at home and or do all self service options. One of the ladies here is very odd in talking, first I though it was whatever but seems to clearly just be a vibe at this store for most employees. So just again dont expect any help here and only use self service options, the machines are more helpfull than the humans here.

Waited 15min with a package in my hand to mail while one rep was waiting for a fax and discussing it with a patron and other taking forever to ship a package for a patron. 15min+ to mail one package? Must be a lot of paperwork.Not going here again.

I was helped at length by Johnny who explained the different options for printing copies of a special book of memories for a deceased family member. He showed us what they could do at the store for binding as well as what else might be available at other FedEx stores as well. He was very patient as we had some trouble downloading the file Through Google Drive on my end. The end result was a beautiful reproduction of color photos and text Spiral bound with heavy smooth paper- all at a reasonable price. I returned to the store to tell him how happy we were with the Quality.

Has never delivered anything on time ever. Website is horrible at giving updates and customer service is useless. I would rather drive across the country and pick up the package myself than deal with the utter nightmare that is fedex. Even sending packages are impossible, these location REFUSED to ship my pre paid package, using an excuse about computer equipment, but we're unable to provide anything in writing saying it's against company policy to ship computers EVEN THO FEDEX IS THE ONE WHO SHIPPED ME THE PACKAGE AND I WAS JUST DOING A RETURN!!!! Brought the package to another store and they took it without a problem. Choose ANY other option besides FedEx. Makes the USPS look perfect

Johnny was amazing. He explained everything clearly. He made recommendations for our material types and everything we laminated or mounted to foam came out perfectly! We can’t thank him enough!

We worked with Tracy to ship out a package today. I'm not the most friendliest person myself, so I'm usually pretty understanding when it comes to people's social skills...but WOW. I'm honestly kind of in shock by how rude he was. We didn't know the phone number for the person we were shipping to and after a minute trying to figure it out he angrily just asked us for our phone number again. He said "have a nice day" as we were walking out but this guy has no customer skills whatsoever and seemed completely miserable having to help us. He got the job done though, and we didn't have to wait forever in line, which I guess is a plus in these times when no one can find help.

This review goes out to the manager “Antonio Velasco. So every time I drop my packages there’s always an issue with accepting my packages. First it was we don’t take amazon boxes, then we don’t take poly bags that are taped and today we don’t take boxes with battery labels or fedex smart post packages. I don’t know if your employees are just being lazy but that’s ridiculous. What’s funny is that I have about 200 packages a week and had to find a 3rd party mailing center to take all the packages because your location wont take them. Meaning your paying a mailing center per package to take the packages you wont take. What’s sad is I live 2 blocks from your store and have to drive 10 minutes where I get better service.

terrible. and i mean terrible customer service. i went in picking up a package with my husband and they asked for the tracking number and to see id. i showed them my id in my phone and the tracking number and we could literally see our package it's hard to miss. they rudely said "um no u need a physical so you can leave now" keep in mind we live 30 minutes away. complete waste of time and gas. they said i was unreliable and kept talking under their breath and giving us snooty looks. DO NOT RECOMMEND FEX EX!!!
