Wheel alignment—I used the website for booking. As I arrived into the shop on Saturday no one was in the office. I waited 6 minutes, a worker enter and gave me a look like I was I inconveniencing him? Okay..2 hours received a call it was complete. I asked to see the alignment report. 4/12 alignment criteria was addressed and aligned. I inquired about the other metrics. “We can’t do it because your castor bolts”
The service advisor argued with me that ‘most of the job’ is done. Which in-fact, less than half the job was completed. Do you go to mechanic with an assumption they’ll do half of the work and charge you 100%?
The Store manager Constantin was courteous understanding; he provided a refund.
As I arrived home I noticed white paint or some kind white liquid compound that cannot be removed with a rag and solvent. I was not informed of this at time of pickup.
I would not recommend this shop. Go to Scott’s Auto instead on Thunderbird. See attached photos of alignment and paint.
2 stars for refunding.
EDIT- location was at the Happy Valley Location. However all the locations are subpar. This location called me and told me they couldn’t do the service because “there’s no mechanics to do the work”
Received a phone call to change it. Reverting back to one star because someone called me to change the review.

Joe and the entire mechanic team is excellent! I have had tires changed, oil changes, the entire AC system replaced as well as compressors and thermostat repairs on my Volvo and additionally had oil changes and tire replacement/repairs on my Mercedes. The team is very knowledgeable and honest, always gives full transparency on recommended work and is always willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues that arise. A great, trustworthy team- I highly recommend!

Firestone on 83rd Ave & Deer Valley Rd took my car for a nail in my tire on the same day. Even though it was clear they were busy, everyone was very nice and professional. I’m surprised the store that originally sold me my 4 tires (Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant) couldn’t take me saying they’re short staffed (heard that excuse more than once from them. From now on I’ll go to the 83rd Ave & Deer Valley location.

Fast and courteous service. Tires needed were not in stock but service desk was able to get tires from another Firestone. In less than 2 hours, including pick up of tires, job was completed. Outstanding!
