Do not rent at this location after office hours. Unless you have a 19mm cylinder lock and Heaven forbids you need a courtesy lock put on the next day the office is never open. Worst location ever, and I'm trapped away from my belongings at a time when the office is supposed to be open! Guess lunch means 1pm to if you want to return.

On site staff is great however I pay for AC space and it’s been out all summer. Been here 15+ years and the new management leaves something to be desired. Not happy since I’m not getting what I’m paying for at all!

I rented a storage unit July 1st. I chose this unit based on the pricing that was quoted. Today, I received an email that my rate was going up $44 per month. This is a 25 percent increase in less than 2 months. I chose this unit because of the price and location. Even though there are other locations that were closer, I chose this location. I feel like it was a bait and switch on me. I am on auto-pay, and pay my fees on time. I called and they reduced my rates by a 12.5% increase. This is still unacceptable so beware of them doing this.
The people in the office are very nice but it seems like the rate hike issue is out of their hands. I would like this to be resolved.

I have rented from this place for years and since they changed hands they now have an overseas customer service team and have locked the door to my unit so that I cannot access my storage unit. Their office is closed on a day they say their office hours are open. This is extremely bad service.

New phone system is terrible. Hard to contact to worker in store. Also prices keep increasing, been a long time tenant.

Since I am new to renting a storage space, I was helped with details of renting, helped with choosing the right size space for my needs, and shown where the space I rented was located. Everything went smoothly. I appreciated all the explanation and help.

Times are tough in the world right now, yet you continue to smile through it all. You make a real impact on every one of us who walk through the door. No matter how many complaints you have to handle, you never let it shake your grace or your kindness.
Since your mom retired (hope all is well Dana), I know it hasn’t been easy running the facility on your own. But just like always, you’ve kept it immaculate—organized, clean, and welcoming. That says a lot about your strength, your pride, and your heart.
It honestly saddens me that, after decades of being a loyal customer at Storage Solutions, I may have to part ways due to the rising costs. This place once felt like home, and you are a big part of that.
And to Storage Solutions:
Please consider building this beautiful soul a new facility out here. We all need a safe, well-run place to go—and most importantly, someone like Adrienne to welcome us when we get there.

My name is Vince and I am a storage locker buyer. I have been to many different storage facilities throughout Arizona, but I absolutely had to write about this one! My recent experience with this storage facility was as follows.
Adrienne, the storage facility manager at this location, was so cordial! It was as if I met a new friend upon walking into their office! She was kind and very professional throughout the entire process. We were able to take care of the payment within the first few minutes I was there. Then she went on to inform me about the facility, the particular rules, gave me a gate code, and then explained the best way to approach the winning unit with my truck.
I was amazed at how clean and pristine the grounds were, even up to the door through the hallway where the units were located, no trash or debris of any kind! I don’t think Adrienne has ever met a person that was a stranger. Very friendly, professional, and someone I would have no reservation renting a unit from if putting my own stuff in storage.
Adrienne is an excellent representation of this facility, and it goes to show that the facility owners of this particular location care enough to have such professionally trained and friendly staff!
This place was secure, clean, and aesthetically pleasing – a rare trifecta in the storage facility business, from my experience! I hope I get a chance to buy another locker from this impressive facility and meet with Adrienne again as she was such a pleasure throughout the entire process!

I have been a long term customer that up until recently had 10x30 space and due to rent increases moved my boat to another location and down sized my unit to a 10x10. The rate increases just constantly continue so as of this week I vacated the 10x10 for a less expensive location. The site manager was great, but it seems the corporate office of the new owners don't care about the long term customer.

Its been all down hill since the acquisition! Take your items elsewhere!
Our storage price has been raised twice now in the past few months, and from what we're hearing this will continue to increase every 3 months on average. It's time to move our items elsewhere ~ as we were recommended to do by a few other folks also storing their belongings here.
Sad to see things change so quick within a couple of months. We really liked the previous ownership and team.

I have been storing with Storage Solutions for over a decade and they have always treated us like family. A lot of changes have been made since July. One thing I am glad that has not changed is management. Adrienne is a little mini me of Dana, and a big congratulations to Dana on her retirement. I am a little disappointed in the new company, as they have made a lot of negative changes. I own a business that has 5 units with them and they took away our 24hr access. As a business owner, that is a struggle. Adrienne was questioned on why my business needed 24hr access. And the longer I am with the new company I am starting to realize they do not respect us long term tenants and bottom line, I am only a number to them. At this point, I have received numerous rental increases that are above market conditions. RightSpace you should be ashamed of yourself for not valuing your neighbors whom have made this company who they are today. I want to thank Adrienne for keeping this property immaculate and still treating us like family. We need more managers like you.
However, the new company only deserves a 1 star review. It is managers like Adrienne who deserve the 5 stars. You go above and beyond, for not only Storage Solutions but now RightSpace Storage.

I am looking for a storage place when I met Cynthia Farrow running the location on North 83rd Ave or there abouts off of Lake Pleasant parkway.
I was very impressed with her friendliness and outgoing nature, not to mention 110% professionalism. She gave me a tour of the facility and told me the different options.
I am not quite ready for my move yet, but when I am you can bet I will be coming back to this facility.
