The cashier looked right at my baby and suggested I should have aborted. I was getting over a cold but my baby was running low on baby food. At checkout the cashier asked what was wrong with me. I told her I was getting over being sick. She kept asking about the father assuming I was a single mom. I told her I was just there for baby food. She looked right at the baby and her exact words were "that's your fault for having the baby." She looked smug the whole time, but she smiled when she said that. It just makes me so sad anyone could look directly at my precious baby and suggest that it was wrong for him to have been born.

The store is nice, the staff are friendly. Shy of the occasional rude customer, it's not a bad place to shop. Yes, more expensive than Walmart, but then again, everyone is ... shy of WINCO.

I've been shopping at this Fry's since 2000 and it's where I go when I want to get my groceries at a great price. Yes they are on occasion out of stock but nothing like the other stores.

Horrible customer service. I asked the cashier if he could void a transaction because I used the wrong card he just told me no then turned his back to me. Anyone else would have told me to go customer service at the very least. They are continually rude every time I go in. One of the few nice employees is the gentleman pushing a broom around. He’s the saving grace for the store.

Been coming here over 2 decades. But when they won't honor coupons on their own app that say "CAN USE AGAIN", that loses a customer. Has happened twice. They just say oh well basically. It says you can, but you REALLY cant. Time to find a new place. I wound up paying $5.50 each for all of my pepsi Packs instead of $2.99 each. Almost double. I had 5, I put 2 back, and I, myself, won't be back.

Super busy for the holiday, but clean, well-stocked, and short checkout lines.However, I hate the fussy self check out. If I wanted to steal it, I'd just put it in a bag and walk out. Why make paying for it so dang difficult!

Called for a simple question regarding apple pay. Dealt w the automated system and as soon as i was connected to a rep he put me on hold. Would've taken 20 seconds to answer. I waited on hold for 15 after but then i hung. Bad customer service and communication.

I don't normally shop at this Frys. 75th Ave and Cactus. There was a lady in self check out named Melinda. I'm telling you she is the best employee I've ever met..I may go this this Frys just because of her. I want to thank her she made self check out a pleasant. She's a keeper.

Terrible customer service! The staff here is rude and abrupt. This store is filthy and, Its very difficult to navigate around pallettes in the middle of the isles. Most grocery stores do their stocking at night to not inconvenience their customers. I'll go back to Safeway and Walmart. I see a lot if negative reviews for this store. Management needs to step it up!

I have to share an experience I had this morning of the worst customer service ever at Fry’s 75th and Cactus. We have been coming to this store for years and I can tell you I never felt the way they made us feel today. I’ve seen a lot of people(employees) come and go, some semi friendly, friendly, or very friendly people but never has anyone made us feel like we were thieves, not good people, or made us feel like we were liars then customer service worker Jan and Assistant Manager Thomas. I’m hoping to never have to deal with them again.

Fry's is still the best place to shop. There are some regular issues of prices not always ringing up correctly, but there is one young man, at this location, who works customer service and he is always so pleasant and kind. To me he makes up for all of the other things they don't get right.
