We’ve been going to this pharmacy for 8 years. Went through the drive thru tonight and Robert was at the window. Took him a bit to acknowledge me (he was standing at the window) when he did he was extremely rude. I was there to pick up a rescue inhaler, he would not tell me the names of the medications for my husband, only said “2 were not ready”. I let him know my husband received an alert, Robert said, “I literally show no alerts on his account since September”. I let him know that was ok, could he tell me when the inhaler would be ready? “Robert said, “no, it’s only a few of us, and I guess I can try to expedite, but I really can’t tell you”.
This is a rescue Inhaler that my husband went without all night. Horrific customer service.

I will never go back to this store. Today my wife picked up a medication we refil monthly for my daughter that has ASD. She realized there were only 30 tablets and 100 were missing from the order. She returned to the store and was told she must have misplaced them and notified there is no way they could have miscounted a controlled substance. She was made to feel like she was lying and took them. About 5 minutes later, the pharmacy assistant notified her that she was right and the medication had been miscounted by the pharmacist the day before. We all make mistakes and I can understand that but to assume to customer was lying only to find out it was the mistake of a licensed pharmacist is terrible. I work in healthcare and have direct knowledge that mishandling of medications like this should be a documented occurrence. We will happily use another from now on. This pharmacy needs to get their house in order.

14.85 an hour for someone who has managers experience, knows all the ins and outs already before hire then they offer 16 hours for the week. Xavier is probably the most micro managing boss I've ever come across. Scam of a job, don't waste your time.

If you’re being treated for Substance Abuse Disorder or smoking/vaping I would strongly suggest you don’t use this pharmacy. Prescription orders are always awaiting restock. I’m a reoccurring customer who gets the same meds every month that I need daily and for some reason the Head Pharmacist/Manager is clueless to this. If you’re on nicotine patches you’ll have to go 3 to 4 days a month with no patches while awaiting restock. If you’re on Suboxone for Opiate Use Disorder be prepared to miss doses awaiting restock. I started getting my prescriptions sent to the Fry’s on Bell Rd and even though it is further from my house the service is way better with prescriptions in stock. Recently I saw my provider a week early on Monday January 29, 2024 and figured I wouldn’t run into the same problem and had meds sent to the Lake Pleasant Fry’s location again that’s near my house. I called today which is February 6, 2024 (8 days later) and the 28th day of my 30 day prescription and was told that the prescription is out of stock and they would have to order it. I was also told that the medication was too soon to fill which it is not. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy. The only positive thing I will say in this review is the staff is friendly.

I was informed by text that my son's medication was ready for pickup, when I got there they had no idea why because it's still on back order. This particular order is always on backorder they rarely ever have it in stock. They order right away so that's nice but they cannot guarantee that they'll get it in their shipment, and so far it's been since March 1st and still have not received it. This has been an ongoing issue, as well as the notifications that I get text and they are found to almost always be incorrect.

I have had a very good experience with this pharmacy. My dog's seizure medication can't be on automatic refill because it is a controlled substance, but the pharmacy texts me every month and all I have to do is click a button to have the prescription refilled. It has always been available even earlier than the promised date. The pickup is easy. There are never any lines and the staff is friendly and competent. I have been to a lot of different pharmacies in the last couple of years because I check the Good RX price for this medication (which changes every few of months for the different pharmacies). This Fry's pharmacy has been the best out of the CVS, Walgreens, and Costco pharmacies that I have been frequenting over the last few years.

I would not recommend this place. The last three times I have been there I have had issues. the last straw today was they sold me an epi pen That was due to expire soon and told me to contact manufacturers to see if they can give me a difference one, they cant help. Ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere.

So went in on Labor day to grab some alcohol for the lake got to checkout and the lady working the checkout would not accept the AZ Mobile ID app even though its still a government issued ID and is supposed to be accepted state wide. I have my alcohol handlers license and you're supposed to accept this form of ID since it is through a government app... she took all the alcohol out of our bags and refused service to all 4 of us who were well over 21... super annoying but luckily the circle k right across from them accepted my ID and were happy to take my money! Hope they realize this "policy" is ridiculous and change it ASAP.
