FXT is a great place for First Responders and tactical gear enthusiast to buy top quality clothing, gear and accessories. I primarily have been helped by the team behind the black doors. They have all the mission critical gear and equipment you need. Very helpful staff that can answer all your gear questions. They also have an onsite tailor to adjust any uniform or clothing items.

I needed to buy a belt for my leather holster. I knew I need a 511. The staff was very good and fitting me into a belt that I really really liked.

Typically I have a great experience with this place customer service is amazing they do an awesome job on on my uniforms but for a company that is called FX tactical you figured they would have done their due diligence and at least notified Google to update their store hours I wasted a 45 minute drive

Awful service. They ignore the customer. Looking for shoes, one person at the Cash register staring off into space, one is on thier tablet and the last person is scrolling through his phone. No clue in running a business. No customer service at all.

Website lists items they don't have in store, that come with a $10 min shipping fee when ordered online. Staff were polite, but unengaging. I walked around the entire store, twice, and only heard "hello" & "goodbye" from them.

The sales people are extremely frustrating. They are smug. If you are looking for something at this store I'd recommend you find it somewhere else. I called and the salesperson claimed to have what I needed and was rude as I tried to verify we were talking about the same thing. I came to pick up the item, guess what, oh well i guess i don't have it. A waste of gas and time. Go somewhere else.I've been coming to this store for years and every single time I walk out angry and empty handed.

This is the first time that I've been in the FX Tactical store in Peoria, Arizona, and I must admit that they actually as I can say went out of their way to assist me, and as what's important to me they are worth 10 stars above and beyond the 5 stars. I do appreciate them with their support ?!!

Good choice for sheriff/police uniforms and gear. Staff is very helpful. On 4/21: I was able to get a shirt and pants for our local Sheriff's Posse as well as a duty belt and accessories. It was busy, but they had enough staff that the wait was not long even to get my pants hemmed.

Just went to FX today(02/15/23) to look for holsters. Eric totally came in clutch! Totally welcoming and friendly. Not only did he bring multiple options for me to take a look at, he was completely transparent with what items were for and how they functioned. He took the time to search, fit, and explain the different items we were looking at! Listened to what I was looking for and even gave me recommendations for what I could do! 10/10 will definitely come again, thanks again Eric!
