Went there to just get a trim
She chopped off almost all my hair so short I can't do anything with it have to wait for it to grow back unfortunately going to a big family function wanted to look nice the event has been ruined I AM SO EMBARRASSED!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Been here a couple of times, Natalie and Roxie do a great job. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Haven't tried the other ladies, but I'm sure they are all terrific at their trade. I will be coming back soon. Thanks for keeping me looking clean. Hello Nat, see you again soon!

First time at Great Clips as a walk-in and was impressed with their customer service. I was greeted and taken right away by Courtney. She was attentive and offered suggestions on how to proceed which resulted in a great haircut! At checkout she helped me with a coupon issue and made sure I was satisfied with my experience. I’ll be going back for sure and hopefully being able to have another great experience!

Good haircut at a good price. Checking in through their app or website saved a lot of time by not just sitting in their lobby,, unless that's your thing 😁 and it's been fairly accurate every time.
The employees are great and I'll definitely be back.

Please avoid this place during the weekdays evening time. One of the staff is very rude not sure whether this center is adequately staffed during the week days. Staff was stressed out and not polite with the customer. Need counseling for whoever handles the customer.

Took my son here to get his hair trimmed. He has been trying to grow the top out long. We told the lady half inch off the top and she ended up buzzing it. My son is young and did not feel comfortable and could not understand her to express that was not what he wanted. He left crying and cried most of the night because all of his hair is gone. Very disappointed.
