I was really impressed with the service at Greulich’s. Steven was great to work with and got me in quickly when my water pump gave up on me in the morning. They were able to get my vehicle back to me running again also with the brake job and an oil change same day. I’m very grateful that they’re right around the corner from my house. Thanks guys!

Greulich’s value comes in their customer service and comprehensive diagnostics done at every visit. I came in for a simple oil change and to assess for a minor issue (engine rattling). They completed the oil change and offered insight into a few other non-urgent issues. They could not find the source of the rattling however and recommended I go to a dealership. They quoted me on some work for some other problems and I simply told them I’ll be going with a cheaper, independent shop for these repairs. Overall good people to work with, however you will be paying a borderline outrageous amount if you take their repair proposals at face value.

The men there were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The mechanics was straightforward and took pictures of the problems to prove what was wrong with my car also gave me estimates on the cost which was quite reasonable. They are right across the street of my house and they have comfortable chairs in the waiting area. Will definitely take my car there for maintenance in the future
