“My first visit and I was very underwhelmed. I had heard nothing but great things but it's not for me. If you're into a diet full of cheap, mostly processed foods - this place is for you! Or if you're feeding a house full of kids - I could see how the grocery bill would be better here. Lots of brand name items (Cheeto, Oreo, Pillsbury) but mostly brands I've never heard of. Produce was less but offered limited options. Spices and milk were CHEAP! I shop Costco, Safeway & Fry's, working the sales each week, therefore saving money for two adults. The checkout lady was nice. And I love they allow their employees to sit. Remember to bring your quarter for the cart and your own bags.”

“The best store to shop in. I have been looking for some grocery items and could not find them anywhere. I stopped by Albertsons and they had the items I was looking for at a reasonable price. My favorite chain to shop in is Albertsons/Safeway.”

“This is a DISCOUNT GROCERY with dented cans, some expired products, some damaged items/damaged boxes at highly reduced prices. I had a lot of fun here finding things to get. They have dog/cat food and treats/products. Owner is extremely nice!”

“My mom had a stroke and tries to do things on her own. The staff at this location is so very helpful and accommodating.I don't know her name but the morning deli lady is the sweetest of all. I truly appreciate her and the rest of the morning staff.The salt and vinegar wings are to die for... Can you start selling the salt and vinegar powder you use? It's great on popcorn, corn on the cob, everything!”

“called the store to order a fresh organic turkey on Nov 16th for Nov 21st pick up. I was told by an employee that I had to order it online. so I did. I got an email confirmation that everything was good and the order was set. I just got a text and email stating they were out. after calling the store, the store manager said ordered it wrong on their website so I didn't get mine reserved. The turkey was already paid for on the day I ordered it. my money was refunded but I was told that I ordered for pick up through insta cart and I was supposed to order it a different way?? Patrick just called me as I’m writing this review so this is an edit. I’ve have spoken to him about 3 times by now. He said he got me a bird the size I ordered and to pick up by 7pm. Mike is the one who dug around and found it for me. Thanks Patrick & Mike for turning this around. I appreciate you!!”

“Big shout out to the deli department! We placed a last-minute order at 4:30 p.m. and needed 4 large sandwich trays by 11:00 a.m. the next day. The staff and manager were accommodating and made it work! The trays were ready by 10:30 a.m., and best of all, the pretzel sliders were delicious! I took off a star because the bakery staff were not as helpful. They weren't able to take an order without 24-hour notice, which was totally fine - my bad. But when I showed up and asked if they had any cookie platters that had been prepared that morning, the answer was no. Again, fine. As I proceeded to search through all the 30 cookie platters, looking for 8 with the most recent "packaged on" dates, in full view of the not-busy-employee, there was no offer to help me find what I was looking for. Not that big of a deal, but the difference in customer service between the deli and bakery departments was noticeable.”

“This target is located in the arrowhead area. It's super busy no matter what day or time you go but plenty of parking. I always have found what I needed at this location and I feel as though because it's busier they are stocked fur the foot traffic. The store is clean and employees friendly. “Walmart Bakery Short Story: Reader search no more and get your cake from Walmart because they have Talented decorator, great customer service, professional, great price. My cake story I wanted a heart-shaped vintage cake, so I searched on Facebook and Instagram for someone who could make it. I received many recommendations, both from established bakeries and small businesses. I contacted a few places, and the cheapest quote I received was from a lady who works from home. She charged $50 for an 8-10 inch cake but did not offer delivery or a box to carry it in. Other places charged $100 or more, which I found unreasonable. One day, while grocery shopping, I stumbled upon a heart-shaped foam cake at the Walmart bakery display. I asked the guy how much it would cost, and the lady from the Deli overheard the conversation and she said they did not do heart-shaped cakes. I thought that the display was misleading and picked a design from their book with a similar decoration style I was looking for, then the guy from the bakery department quoted the cake to be less than $30. I was surprised but decided to place an order. A week later, I returned to take a picture of their cake book, and to talk to the decorators just in case because I honestly couldn't believe the price. Then I met the two cake artists/decorators. I showed them a picture of the cake I wanted, and they said they could make it exactly like the picture for the same price. I was thrilled! On the day of pick-up, I was nervous, but everything turned out perfectly. The cake was exactly like the picture I showed them, and the packaging was sturdy. The entire cake cost about $35, including taxes. I was very happy with the price, customer service, packaging, and the cake itself. I wish the cake artist/decorator would receive an award for employee of the month, as she truly cares about her customers and provides happiness with her beautiful talent for cake designs. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but she looks a little like actress Rosie Perez or Meghan Markle.”
