A store manager seemed kind of rude when I used coupons and bought items during sales. They also got frustrated when I made returns, which isn't professional. I know it's Harbor Freight, but this store is awesome, and some employees can make it no fun to shop here.

Vicky the cashier was really friendly, and greeted my fiancee and I. The rest of the staff never asked if we needed any help, and the older lady with the glasses and ponytail was rude. Walking past us without saying excuse me whatsoever.

Saint Peter church is another Mid-east Church of the East service is conducted with Assyrian (Mesopotamia) language that is almost 7000 years old. Assyrian from Iraq adopted Christianity from the third century. Therefore since then they suffer prosecutions every now and then because of their Christians believe.

I’m submitting a complaint about an incident that occurred at Harbor Freight Store #02997 on August 7 at approximately 2:40 PM. The cashier’s name was Elizabeth.
There was nothing wrong with my return — I wasn’t upset, I wasn’t being difficult, and I had no problem with Harbor Freight’s policy. I’m a 25-year-old guy the chillest customer ever. I just asked a simple question about why the process seemed different than usual. In response, Elizabeth became visibly agitated, spoke over me, and said, “Since you’re in the military, you need to learn some patience,” referencing the uniform I had on.
That comment really threw me off. I don’t think wearing a uniform makes me better than anyone else, but it definitely doesn’t make me the person you pick a fight with — especially when nothing is wrong. I wasn’t being rude or sarcastic, but she treated me like I was.
The part that confused me the most is that she seemed to create a scenario in her head and then react to it. It felt like she was projecting some kind of frustration onto me, even though I was calm and just asking a question. She seemed to get visually frustrated with the computer system and like I said, I spent a lot of time in Harbor freight so I noticed when the transaction is going different. So I mentioned to her maybe she could ask the other two guys for help. And when I said that She wouldn’t even harder. I don’t come into Harbor freight to fight And I guarantee you I won’t be going to that one again.
The manager eventually stepped in to explain the return system, and I had to clarify multiple times that I wasn’t upset with the policy at all — I had no issue with the return process. My issue was her attitude and behavior, which turned a normal interaction into something extremely uncomfortable for no reason. She was escalating a situation that never existed. When I was talking to the manager, she started talking over me and I literally had to tell her to quiet. Who does the hiring at this location, Why would anyone want to deal with this?
I left that store upset and confused. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Harbor Freight and have always had good experiences — until now. Most guys that come in the store really don’t care. I just want my tools for a good price and to leave.
I hope this gets addressed, because that kind of customer interaction is unacceptable. I have never in my life left a tool shop Not even Home Depot literally angry.
