Used H & R bout 20 years ago . Absolute disaster. Also over charged and no results. Just found out this office has been contacted by a fraudster using my info. Glad they called.

When you make an appointment, the tax preparers should be on time. Every single year we have to wait and wait and wait after our appointment time. This is the last time we us this company. I'm a patient person but this is ridiculous.

I have been doing my taxes with H&R block for years and the past 5 years in a row have been horrible this year the tax preparer messed up on one of the questions that he was supposed to answer and now I am being audited because it looks like I am giving them false information now I'm not getting my texts for I don't know how many months because of their mess up and all they have to say is their end is good it's my end that's messed up

Front desk is a spaz. They barely are alive with their energy levels, and struggled with basic computer abilities. Pretty sure everything was messed up on the taxes.Extremely uncomfortable and had to redo forms MULTIPLE times.Get a CPA, H&R is just a waste of time. TurboTax will miss a lot and happily take money for their services.Just do it right and go get a CPA.

I originally had an appointment with Suzanne.but she was too busy and passed me over to Mary. Mary seemed overwhelmed and stressed out. I know it’s that time of year but she was not kind and I would not recommend this location
