Where's the ZERO? Worst experience buying a car ever! I told the salesman I wasn't going to sit there for 2-3 hours, ended being 4+! There wasn't even squabbling on the price. After 3 hours finally got to finance which beat on me for over a half hour with two different managers to purchase an extended warranty which I kept saying I wasn't interested in. Finally lost my cool and tried to find Jonathan the manager but ended up finding the salesman Mauricio and told him I was done and leaving. One would think that having a new car would be an exciting, happy experience. They totally ruined it for me. Horrible ex....run, run!

I walked in and knew what I wanted, did a test drive and did all the paperwork in about an hour. Process was seemless and easy. Even after misplacing the paperwork and having to call to get new copies the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and pleasant and extremely friendly. This is exactly how every dealership needs to operate and conduct themselves. 5 stars all around, thanks for the great experience!

HelloI purchased a used 2021 Q50 in June so about 2 months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of having it and when I brough this to his attention he became extremely rude belligerent and would not even try to help me out. Short list of things. 1) I was told it had tinted windows. it did not.2) I was told it had GPS and apple car play, it had neither.3) sales manager ask him if he had filled up the gas tank for me, he said yes and handed me the keys. tank had less than a 1/4 tank.4) The backup camara housing on the trunk has come loose and is starting to come off. It would appear that someone tried to glue it into place using JB weld. If I could post pictures I would.DO NOT ever go to this location, they will lie to you and then bad mouth you if you have any questions or issues.

First of Infiniti has been so good to us and reliable since 2019. But our service advisor Tim has been nothing short of amazing!! Every time we have need any service done he goes above and beyond to take care of us. We are so thankful.

The whole experience was amazing, I worked with Ramon, we connected right away, great laughs and conversation while we worked on the progress of my purchase. It felt like I was there for 30 min with a long time friend, that’s an experience I never had at any dealership except Peoria Infinity!!!!!! The high quality and the expectations just keep on coming. When they say welcome to the Infinity Family they really mean it!!!!

I bought a 2023 QX55 a few months ago experienced great customer service then with TR and Mauricio, but has only gone downhill. With only 3,000 miles on my car it has been in the shop twice now and will be back for a third time because they cannot seem to do their job correctly. When I have called about my cars issues, a few of them being failure to accelerate due to an issue with the fuel pump, my gas meter, and an oil or liquid leaking from my car. The dealership had zero communication with the with me. I would call and they would say nothing, and it would have to stay for a couple more days… my car was there for two weeks with no update and I had received a voicemail that had literally said “when are you picking up your car?” When there was no prior communication that any services had been worked on or finished. After I picked up my vehicle this past week my high beams and front sensors do not work, which were not even an issue to begin with. I have received the rudest customer service on the phone with Mike he is rude condescending and arrogant. I spoke to GM who I had spoke to when I bought my car, and he said that’s not my department and was useless to help me. If I could a return a car I would but I’m stuck with this vehicle and their awful customer service.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I could not be more pleased with the buying process at Infiniti of Peoria. Jonathan Bryant was a honest and trustworthy general manager. Robert Saiz made us feel like part of the Infiniti of Peoria family from the time we got to the dealership until we left, with follow up after. Martha Keith was a wonderful finance manager. We could not have asked for more or better. Jonathan followed through on all his commitments and more.

DO NOT GO HERE! Service Department is inept, filled with lazy workers that don't want to take their time to work on cars unless it is an oil change. Seems like they hire workers straight from UTI without any experience. Simple procedures are not so simple to them. Service managers are rude. Even on phone calls. I initially ask how much a service would be and with a snarky attitude before even taking the car in. the service manager responded " well it's $180 an hour" as if I didn't have money to pay a measly $180 an hour. "The customer service is lacking in all departments I would suggest taking the drive to infinity on Camelback or Infiniti of Scottsdale because they treat you with respect and they do an amazing job. Do not go to infinity of Peoria. The entire dealership definitely needs a quality assurance review. Go to a different Infiniti dealership.
