I am used to Jackson’s on Happy Valley and I signed up for a membership because of the quality of service. We moved to the west side and the Bell Road location is completely different as the staff and unfriendly, disorganized and just standing around. Time to find a new detailing experience elsewhere!

Asked for and paid for Works Wash. I asked to have no tire dressing. My car was completed quickly because it wasn't vacuumed and no interior cleaning whatsoever.

I come here every day I work close for gas, drinks and car wash etc in the past 3 years I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, well last week I brought my brand new car to get washed and they offered me for free a full service car wash someone else drove my car in and did the wash I usually drive in myself and in that process they damaged my brand new car costing me over $600 they said they would review the videos but were very dismissive from the get go, they said they would get back to me with in 24hrs and then ghosted me honestly disgusting behavior I work in the auto industry and I cannot imagine treating a guest this way go anywhere else this place is shady

Went to get a quick car wash and it ripped out my air valve. When noticed we told one of the employees and he claimed he was the only manager on site and refused to help saying “oh well, it happens”. Went inside and found another manager was there hiding away. Once informed on the situation he also refused to help and just walked away, ignoring us. They refused to fix it or take accountability. Never go to this location.

My Daughter bought me a detail on my car for my birthday. I made an appointment for 8am. I arrived on schedule and was told 2 to 3 hours, and I had to wait because I only have one car and no one to pick me up. Seven hours later and speaking to them multiple times because I saw them doing other cars in front mine I got my car, half way done, carpets soaked, dashboard a mess and windows on passenger side dirty. That cost 194.00!!!! But they gave me a certificate for a free carwash. So I swore never to go back there and gave the certificate to my daughter who has/had a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it went through their system to wash it, it ripped off her rack from the top of the car. They said oh "we are not responsible!" DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CARWASH IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR OR EXPECT ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Way waaay to aggressive when you have chip in your windshield. You tell them no time and time again and they'll keep harassing you ,talking over you and try to peer pressure you into giving them money to replace your windshield. No means no! It's super annoying and makes me rethink my membership..

The employees are all super friendly and professional. But a special shout out to Andy and Oscar. They always go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is satisfactory to me. I've had details and ceramic coating, and I am a monthly pass holder. Satisfied with every service. Thanks, Andy and Oscar and all the Jackson Carwash employees.

The wash is fine. But I just found out they took away the rewards. I would have had a free wash. Then they increased y'all the services in price. Each about $5

Was promised a free detail because it took so long last time. Came back to get my detail done and no free detail. Highly disappointed
