This car wash is actually a really good car wash and they do full service if you are looking for someone to clean your car and not deal with it yourself this is definitely the place you want to take it to

This place sucks. Detail manager leaves 1pwrson on 3 deep details and 3 others just to sir while he plays around. Told it’s just 10-15 min extra time for the bigger detail. No. It’s 45 min. But wait. There are other cars before yours. Oh and we put agit in your car you said not to. Don’t take your car here.

I had a coupon to try out the car wash and decided today was a great day. I had a few plans after the wash and was excited to get my car clean. I was in the mood to do my interior myself, and being a new customer, had no idea they did it for you. I informed the worker who spoke to me that I was new and didn't know what to do from here. I was told they would wash it all and bring me my keys when they finished. I then waiting inside for over an hour. After that, it was too late to do the rest of my errands and I asked the front desk how long it normally takes. 20 minutes. Apparently they had finished my car and never told me, so I was waiting over 40 minutes inside without knowing. It doesn't look like they did my interior, which is alright since I paid via this free coupon and I wasn't sure what it included anyway. But I'm just disappointed that my plans were ruined since nobody returned my keys to me and I had to walk around the building to find my car. I'll be going to a different car wash to clean my car myself regardless, but I'm just disappointed my time was wasted. Everyone was really kind to me, but the lack of communication is ultimately what made my experience poor.

Just left my $32 VIP “full-service” car wash. (Plus a $5 cash tip.) This is the second visit in a row where I’ve been severely disappointed. The car washes used to be worth the windshield harassment, but I fear that’s no longer true. I think it’s time to cancel my membership 😢

The is the absolute worst place to do business with. I was going to have my vehicle detailed and I was told that it would be only one hour and I gave my telephone number to call when it was complete. One and a half hour later no call so decided to go back. They still hadn’t even started. I asked to speak to the manager and he never came. They did refund my money but the service I needed didn’t get done. We were on a time schedule to visit relatives. They didn’t even seem to care. Hope they treat people better.

Came here for the first time today as when I’m always driving by always was full thought they would do a good job. I paid for a full exterior and interior clean. First thing where they went wrong was that they never called me to tell me my car was done after being there for an hour, I get to my car I check it out before I leave and my seats weren’t wiped down or vacuumed they were still so dirty, my door frames were not even wiped down right. First and last time I will be coming to a Jackson’s car wash very disappointed

The employees were nice but I paid for a full-service car wash because I didn’t want to stand in the heat for half an hour to vacuum all the sand out of my car. They spent maybe 3 minutes vacuuming my large SUV and they definitely did not get any of the detailed areas like little pockets inside the doors and there is sand and various crumbs in many areas. They also did not wipe the dashboard and armrests and things like that down very well as I see dust in many places. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options for full-service car washes in this area so I guess I will be doing it myself next time because I won’t be spending $30 with to come back here.

I went here to get a window tint job like I wanted too and they did not disappoint. Skeeter did both of my vehicles at the same time. I was just getting a strip on the front of both vehicles, but unlike another place; he did what I asked the way I wanted it done. Very quick and very professional. The company is Clear View Tint but they work out of a few places to do tint as well. This makes it easy to get in on the same day. Their main location is off of Deer Valley. Very happy with the job that they did.

Honestly, I’ve given this car wash so many chances to get things right and they still do a horrible job. I pay $42 a month for “VIP” wash and this is the garbage I get. Go elsewhere.

I am used to Jackson’s on Happy Valley and I signed up for a membership because of the quality of service. We moved to the west side and the Bell Road location is completely different as the staff and unfriendly, disorganized and just standing around. Time to find a new detailing experience elsewhere!

Went to Jackson's car wash today. Got all my windows tinted guys were amazing. Told me everything I needed to know about the tint will be back for more things. Love, Jackson
