The promo code was a deceptive device to attract new business so I gave it a try but was deceived by the severely overpricing of the cabin air filter and the lack of information provided of the labor charge that was applied after the service was performed.
I will not return there.

It was good but took longer and was way more expensive than I anticipated. Figured I'd save time and money by avoiding dealership but I don't think so.

Oil change went as expected and the girl helping me was the best part. But they didn’t fill my tires like they said they would and they didn’t vacuum like they said they would and also didn’t clean my windshield which I was told would happen. Not a big deal but for the price tag I paid it’s alittle disappointing they didn’t do the full service. With all this being said, I would come back and wouldn’t discourage anyone coming here. They have good coupons and are friendly, I’ll probably come back to try again.

Been to this place once before. So I figured I would come back. Needed and oil change and removing and replacing some headlights. We called ahead of time to ask if they change headlights they said yes! I did not go in right away since I had things to do in the morning. I arrived to this location at around 230ish pm. There was 3 gentlemen standing there. One of them came up and greeted me. I asked for an oil change and asked to confirm again about them changing of the headlines. (He was communicating to this other guy in front of my car about what I wanted done. I went inside so they could move my car in. Had the third guy getting my car information. They finished with in minutes. The guy I had not spoken to at all comes to the window and says we are ready for you whenever you are. I felt it was super quick so I asked you guys did the oil change and the headlights? He proceed to say no, I called my manager and no one called here nor we don’t change headlights for free! I was shocked and upset with his answer! Who TF said I wanted them to do it for FREE?!! I needed my headlights changed period! Of course there is gonna be a fee, how the hell would you guys get paid?! So I said to him, well thank you for your great communication. Wish you would have said anything to me. I needed my headlights replaced ! He STILL didn’t say (oh I’m sorry, if you like we can do them real quick. NOPE nothing! Like if they were slammed busy! All 3 of them just standing there waiting for customers to come and when we do show up they don’t want to do the work! Went to the next nearest jiffy lube and the guys was really nice BUT he was busy and he let me know he wouldn’t be able to help me today. I ended up going to o’Reilly guess what?! They replace my headlights for FREE!!!!! I was willing to pay !!! Never again will I go to any jiffy lube or refer anyone to them. Thanks to this location!

I went today to get an oil change in my short bus, the tech was very aggressive when trying to check my air filter box and snapped 2 of the mounting points then didn't even bother to tell me about it. Luckily I caught it before I left and I asked the guy why he wouldn't tell me that he broke it when he did and he didn't say anything to me. Another tech said he was going to fill out an incident report but I didn't see them take pictures so ill be reachout to corporate

After I paid and drove home I realized they forgot to return my fob key. So I had to use another car to drive back to Jiffylube to retrieve my key.

They are very friendly that is why they get two stars. The rest is horrible. They recommended I replace the rear wiper. I asked for a price and he said he would get me one because he wasn't sure which wiper brand would be needed. Never did give me the price just replaced it. Then 30 minutes after we left, we get a call to come back because they forgot to put the cover back on the engine. Not so jiffy when you have to come back twice.

Not sure why A clearly marked QR code for a thirty dollar off for a synthetic oil change. offer would not be honored,no reasonable explanation other than the best he could could do 25$. why promote discounts if you do not honor them? he was courteous, and professional his partner an older gentleman was clearly frustrated with his day.
he dumped on me when I pulled up about. not being properly aligned with the entrance . 😆 I hope your promotions are accurate they seemed to be well versed at deflecting discounts. it must affect their pay.

On 7/1/24, Got my VW Passat serviced yesterday, and now my oil is leaking underneath my car with the engine light on.
Went to a different location this morning (7/3/24), and they told me to come back to this location because the shop had to fix the problem but glad they told me what the problem is. I'm curious about their integrity at this location and see if they say the same thing or something else.

Told them to top off the oil before they even started. Didnt do that. They told us everything was topped off. It was not.

Won't be back. Guy working may have been the most angry person from start to finish. I don't even think it was a bad day for him, it's most likely everyday. It's clear the economy has made it difficult, but you are going to have to find better people if you expect to weather the storm.
