Not enough employees! Low selection. Very disappointing actually had to check myself out to get out of the store checkout line in under 10 minutes.

Avoid this company they are NOT customer focused and their customer service is LACING to put it mildly. All customer service does for you is tell you they can't help. Vote with your feet and avoid this company, bankruptcy not far off for them.

poor sales people can't possibly take care of customers with 4 of them in the entire store, and only 1 cutter of fabric for 20 people waiting. I only need a yard!! It's like this every time I come. Then I have to yo through the long line to check out! Mercy!

Love the store, ladies in Viking Department were extremely helpful and kind. As far as checking out one person at the cashier area with 20 people waiting in line. That scenario needs to be corrected, Wow!

They must be out of employees??? I have been in 3 times and there is only 1 cashier. The store looks dirty and disheveled. Sad.

Be prepared for a long line. Very understaffed! I bought several Christmas items the other day. When I got home and put batteries in one of the items only part of it worked. It was three piece hanging snowflakes and only 1 of the 3 snowflakes lit up. I was so frustrated to have to go back to the store to return! When I got there I saw there were only two workers at the checkout and I asked if there was a separate area for returns. I was told no I need to get in the one line. Oh my gosh. I counted 22 people in line with carts full ... and I had to wait in that line to return something that didn't work. So frustrating! When it was finally my turn, more frustration. They don't put the money back on your card; they give cash back. Well, she didn't have the right amount ($12), so she called someone up. That lady came and looked in another one of the checkout stations with no luck. She said she'd need to go to the back. Meanwhile, there's a long line behind me so I felt bad. The employee said "sorry it will be a few minutes unless you want $5 in quarters." I took the quarters since what I thought would be a quick return was not happening. It's really sad they don't employ more people, especially on a weekend in December!!

Run from doing business with this store.I ordered a curbside pickup from JoAnn Fabric. Placed the order online, and received an email and text saying it was ready. Showed up to pick up the item and followed the link in the email to let them know I was there. It's the week before Christmas, I understand they are busy so I waited patiently. After 20 minutes of nothing, I called the number it said to call. No answer. Tried again, no answer. Tried and waited for 40 minutes, no answer so I left. Continued to call all day/ night. Until I finally got someone, right after 9. Apparently, they have a phone issue and their phones only work when they are closed or something. They can't help, they are closed. Today I woke up to a message saying my order had been picked up. Tried calling again and the phone kept running. Reached out to online help, but they can't help only the store can help, but the store won't answer the phones. So now they have double charged my account and show it as picked up and the only help I can get is if I go into the store, which if I could go into the store I wouldn't have placed a curbside pickup.

Amazing this store is still operating. Extremely filthy atmosphere all over the store and NO it ain’t because of the holidays. Had a pickup order that never got fulfilled only for the employee to mention well there is probably 100 orders in front of you. Good luck, you’ve been warned…

It is really frustrating that after twenty five minutes we were still not up to the register. Only two slow cashiers. People were just leaving leaving their items and walking out the door. Me included.

If I could give negative stars I would. Yesterday I went to Joann's and waited 20 min for my pickup order. I called the store 4 times and no one answered. So I drove away. Then today I just received an email that my order was picked up. I just tried to call the store 5 times, and of course no one answered.I will never shop at Joann's again!

This store is filthy. The whole store was an absolute mess, nothing put back where it should be. Fabric is messily rolled back onto the cardboard centers, the t shirt section was impossible to look through. Dirt on the floor, also dirt stains and dust on the shelves. Products on the floor, these poor employees are clearly understaffed.

What. A. Mess. Seriously...it's like the night crew locked up and walked away as soon as the store closed last night. If I didn't desperately need fabric for a gift I would have walked right out of the store. The fabrics were a mess. The store was simply in disarray. I tried looking at Christmas items but nothing was organized and the anxiety caused by looking outweighed the fact that items were 70% off. I don't think I'll ever return.

One of the messiest stores I've been in. Lack of employees. Joanns.com, I'll never purchase online again. What a joke. Order placed 11/22. Just received 2 of many items. One other item shipped today. Several items still processing. No communication, no updates, no responses from them. I've sent 5 emails regarding this order........Never again!!

Normally only one cashier. Normally one to two cutters if you are lucky. I'd you are coming here, don't plan on going anywhere else soon.
