I showed up, I checked in, and they were on time.The girl who took my blood was awesome. She nailed the vein on the first attempt. She was so good I didn't even bruise.I bet if you showed up and didn't know how to check in or hates technology, you'd really dislike this place. If you can't use the tablet, the person at the front desk is not going to be happy.If you don't mind using a tablet, have your ID, and have your insurance card, you're not going to have any issues.

Ladies at the front desk were very polite however the phlebotomist was extremely cold. I’ve never had an issue with blood draws until today. It was extremely painful. He kept pushing the needle in deeper and deeper even as I expressed discomfort. Took him forever to find vein. No apology, nothing. This experience was traumatic.

I've been going to labcorp for years but no longer as they have the worst billing department and customer service I've experienced in the health-care industry. The staff at the labs are actually very professional and friendly but they always bill my secondary insurance and that never gets resolved through their billing department and as far as customer service well there is none. I have other options and will never patronize labcorp again.

This place is operated very poorly. Don’t bother calling either. I called and left 3 voicemails during one week to CONFIRM my Blood work order was faxed over. I did this b/c I’ve gone about 5-6 times before and they just say “we didn’t receive anything” so then I’m stuck as the middle man trying to figure it out. Then when I got irritated (after bout 5 times this happened), the front desk girl just told me to go somewhere else and they wouldn’t service me. The place sucks. And they open at 7am but were late opening up a few times I went. I would have to come here b/c it was closer from my work but now I just go to Sonora Quest which is a little further but well worth it. At least I get answers from a phone call. Don’t bother with this place

I went in to get my blood drawn and it was so fast. I was in and out in 5 mins. The lady who drew my blood was litterally so amazing. Wish I caught her name. She was so fast and so kind. Best experience drawing blood so far. Will definitely be coming back next time.

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early got right in. Anthony drew my blood and he was very polite and did great! I'm terrible when it comes to getting blood work done but it was a good experience here. Please don't listen to all bad reviews

Girl taking my blood was horrible she started in left arm put needle in and kept pulling the needle almost out then wiggle it around trying to find the vein. I said this is not working so she tried the right arm, same thing but was worse and I have a big lump there and a horrible bruise I told her to find someone else to do it, she was mad and went and got another girl and she had to put it in my hand to get my blood. This young girl that tried needs to go back to school or get fired because she cannot preform her duties correctly. two days later was talking to a friend and she had the same girl and she had trouble also I think she is writing to corporate stay away unless you want a painful draw..

The lab results are very accurate as my physician says. Early walk ins have a short wait and your in and out in 30 min. Nurses and staff are friendly.
