Please save your time and find a different body shop these guys are thieves I took my truck in told Travis all the things that were wrong with it after the accident all of which only the front bumper was replaced. All the front plastic inserts were broken and left that way when I picked up the vehicle I called him on it and was told they were replaced however he would order a new one and call me when it's in ?? All of this should have been done before calling me and telling me the vehicle is ready for pick up but they sure are quick to charge you the deductible completely unsatisfied with their workmanship, and attention to detail which they should be on top of as it's a body shop

My husband was rear-ended in his Ram. They did a great job on keeping us informed of the process and made drop off and pick up easy. The truck looks great!

At the beginning of the process all seemed to move seemingly. I was in a collision on 11/25/23. Since I get my usual services done at LHM Toyota I figured the collision center would be the perfect trusted place to take my vehicle. I was wrong.I had it towed over 12/8/24, James Snider worked with the insurance of the party who hit me to get everything situated. I was disappointed first with the lack of communication, as I had to reach out numerous times to receive updates from James.I was finally told my 4runner was ready and went to pick it up on 1/2/24 around 5:30pm. I spoke with James and asked if the low bearing arms needed to be replaced and he said "no, all the repairs aside from the radiator was cosmetic".Unfortunately within 15 minutes of having my vehicle I had to return back to the collision center as my front driver-side tire was hitting my bumperJames noted that because my tires are oversized the bumper needs to be shaved down and he'd have it ready the next day 1/3/24.I reached back out on the 3rd as I hadn't heard from him. He noted that a low bearing arm replacement was needed for the front driver-side and an alignment, which he then quoted me $1600 to do, to which I asked if an alignment had been done prior to the repairs. & IT HAD NOT.From my understanding and many others whom I've consulted on this issue with, an alignment is standard procedure especially in a front end collision where the tire was struck. When I explained this to James he got really defensive and said he never knew the tire was struck. I was hit making a left hand turn in a double turning lane (I was in the outside turning lane) and the person who hit me was on the inside turning lane and decided to go straight. The two main points of impact were the bumper on the front drive-side and my fender, leaving the tire dead center of the impact. I provided the police report, images, description, etc. to James so professionally he should have had no question on if the tire was hit. This poses genuine concern in the safety of the customer, alignment paperwork on my 4runner showed how significantly misaligned it was, which is incredibly dangerous to release a vehicle in this nature, especially an offroad vehicle utilized for offroading.I then waited another 8 days for my vehicle to be ready. Keeping in mind I was only provided funds for a 10 day rental because that's what James told the insurance company he'd need to fix it. 5 weeks later I was finally able to pick it up which was this past Monday 1/15.James noted it would be ready 1/12 or 1/15. When I called 1/12 he told me it'd be Monday. When I called Monday I was told he was out of the office but the truck would be done by 4pm but I was still asked if it could be kept until Tuesday morning for insurance purposes which I had to decline. Being without your sole vehicle for 5 weeks is very stressful & I didn't feel like I should be even more penalized for something that was not my fault. After picking up my vehicle that Monday, my blinker was supposedly fixed and replaced with brand new parts but it was doing a rapid blinking, therefore I had to go out and purchase a new bulb and install it myself because I was very hesitant to take it back to a company I had severe issues with. My bumper was also still not shaved down as James noted he would do & still rubs when backing out of my driveway or making a tight turn.I would be very hesitant to ever come back to this establishment. I know one mistake shouldn't deface the whole organization but this was a very scary & frustrating mistake that I can't let go unshared.

These guys did an amazing job at repairing my truck after a bad collision. James Snider & Rudy Romero were amazing with keeping me updated on the process and when I finally received my truck back it looked like it never had a scratch on it. Hats off, amazing work. I attached pics of the truck after the wreck & then the final product after it was repaired.

1 star because 0 stars doesn't do anything. While going to pick up my truck after finally getting them to replace the rim they had damaged and returned to me I went in to get my truck ands told them I would not sign anything until I looked at the truck. The one receptionist that was not even helping me turned and gave me a very nasty look told the one helping me not to give me the keys and I can go look and see like that. I asked her to find it for me and she said it's not my job and that it is out front. I told her it isn't my job either and it would not even be here if they did the work right the first time. I then walked out the front door and looked around and my truck was no where to be seen. I went back in and someone finally came to actually help. we went out front and he tried to honk the horn to find the truck and that didn't work either. it was no where that I would have even been able to find it. she is very disrespectful and inappropriate. she ha a no business being at the front desk and the first person that helps you. I have had no luck with this collision center and have been treated very unprofessionalmay.

LHM Collision Center did a great job on my repairs, my truck came back spotless clean and the bodywork was flawless. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean with plenty of table seating, they provide water and coffee, and also have vending machines with drinks and snacks.I would recommend them with confidence, and will definitely use them again if (God forbid) I need them.

LHM Collision did an amazing job!!! Seams are perfect, paint is matched perfectly, doors and hatch open and close perfectly. Everything works as designed. Drives like it did before the accident. Almost as it was when I drove it off the lot 3 years ago. Louie provided outstanding customer service. He kept in close contact with me throughout the entire process and finished the job several days ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend them.

I had this shop do body repair and repainting for hail damage in 2011. After about 4 years, the clear coat began to peel off. Like cancer, it spread to the whole right side of the vehicle, and it looks awful. Since I am the original owner of the 2005 Ram 1500, I went back to this business to honor their policy of lifetime warranty. The receptionist had me fill out an informational form. It has been over a month, and I have not heard back from them. They are blowing me off, and I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. They do shoddy work and do not back it up.Service: Painting

I love this collision center. People can't drive nowadays, and I've had 3 people turn into me. LHM Collision had my car in and out within a week every time. This last time, the accident it took them a minute to get the parts. Dropped it off Tuesday, September 12, and they told me it would be done Sept. 26. I had it back by friday the 15! The bodywork and paint look amazing, and they even cleaned her! I highly recommend them. The employees are so nice and there's a cute lil pup that greats the customers!

Okay here's the truth of it. Brought my car in to be fixed, needed some body work done. They call me the next day and say they don't want to work on my car. Apparently there is some rust down by a rocker panel. Well then replace the rocker panel duh. Anyways this was a progressive insurance claim and I called the insurance company first, they said Larry Miller never even called them up to tell them what they found as far as extra work that would need to be done. Progressive was aware that the car was in a prior accident and they said don't worry we will send you a list of body shops that will fix your car. Larry Miller did not even call progressive to see if they would pay for the extra work They just said come pick up your car we don't want to work on it! Now whatever reply they can put to this post would be meaningless, what was done is what was done. This is a body shop, they repair cars that are messed up, if there's rust you cut it out and you put a new piece in This is not rocket science! So I would not recommend bringing your car here because they are probably picky about what they want to work on so why waste your time like I did. I've been told that the mechanics and body shops out here are so picky about what they work on that once they see any type of rust, they don't want to work on anything trust me I've experienced this five times from five different places! The body shops and the mechanics out here would never make a living if they lived in the Midwest! There was no excuse for Larry Miller especially when they did not even call progressive to let them know what extra work needed to be done. Again there's no reply except for something along the lines of, hi this is Larry Miller and we're sorry but we don't have body shop people that know how to deal with rust! After speaking with Mario I said that's fine I do not want your shop to work on my car anyways if you don't have the talent to deal with a job like this I will go elsewhere. At least they were honest in a way about not having the talent to do the job. Looks like a real major repair doesn't it.?

If you ask me Larry Miller collision-Peoria received a blessing in the form of Mario, this guy moved from California to Arizona and single handily cleaned up what had to be one of the biggest messes I’ve ever seen!! He is the Clark Kent/Superman of Larry Miller, Kudos to Mario…he’s earned my gratitude, appreciation and utmost respect for what he accomplished with my truck after it sat there on the lot for a total of 11 months!!! Thanks Mario you are “The Man !”Services: Transmission
