I work weekdays and never can get to mail and more in time to pick up my mail or packages and they don’t open on weekends not even saturday for a half day. What can a girl do to get her mail in a timely manner???

This place is apparently going out of business. They don't work weekends, changed their open time to 10am, use to be 9am and now they don't have any staff according to note on door. So, they've been closed Sat. Sun. Mon. Tues. we'll see if they're open tomorrow. You'd think the owner would show up just to let people into their PO Boxes. One man was at the door saying he had to get to his PO Box cause his Rx was in there! They need to sell it off or close it out. Don't like playing Russian roulette on seeing which day they may be open!

If I could select 0 stars, I would have. Store manager stated to leave old label in place and they would take care of it. Store made a mistake and did not properly package our return correctly leaving old label on. Package was returned to our home address. We took returned package back to store and were told we had to pay for another label which is $37.00. When confronted about their mistake, store clerk stated we were very abusive and would not assist. We were frustrated with their lack of customer service, but never abusive. The "apparent" store owner is looking at video to see if we are liars. Just ridiculous. Beware, this store will not take any responsibility so ensure what you are mailing is 100% correct. Plenty of other mail service places to use.

I came here to leave a great review on the girls that work here and saw several very hateful reviews by anti-maskers. It's sad to see them go after such a great local business. The service here is always amazing.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE....I been coming here for years and am VERY respectful to everyone there especially the two outstanding ladies they have there. I always wear my mask in respect of others. I was OUTSIDE the back door away from customers and rang the pickup doorbell like always..was greeted with complete disrespect and was told by a older gentleman that works in the mid mornings there that I need a mask on which I completely understand and respect but the sign states if I enter the facility to wear a mask which I'm completely ok with. However I was OUTSIDE the business and handed my 1 item to him and he wanted to lecture me like a 2 year old...I said I'm NOT entering the facility so it's not required per your own sign on the door. Then after I pointed that out he wanted to still be disrespectful and say you can go somewhere else...great way to talk to a customer that comes literally every day for 2 years...he should be fired immediately...hope he's not the owner. Oh and I'm a veteran that served this country for someone to try to enforce a law that is not even a law...glad I was in a good mood and didn't treat him like he did...just saying. I want a apology and for him to be reprimanded. I was outside the business there is no law outside the premises!!!

I was told I needed a mask for them to do business with me. Mind you that I was waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes. Standing in line and making sure I was "distanced". All I was doing was dropping off a package and needed to buy a box and supplies. The first and ONLY time I was greeted was by a lady saying, "sir do you have a mask?" Then I was told, "we don't service people without a mask." She laughed it off for me not doing business with them because of a mask. I gladly took my business elsewhere. I'm fully vaccinated, I guess you will keep your outdated mask policy and continue to lose business over a very d*** rule. You clearly care more about a person wearing a mask versus actual customer service.

I was denied to enter the store because didn’t have a mask on and I asked if they can provide one because I forgot mine, they said no. I had my vaccinations card with me but he didn’t want to see it. Very unprofessional and rude!
