McClendon’s Select is by far one of my favorite places to shop. I first found them a few years ago at the Uptown Farmers Market and now they’re part of my weekly ritual. Their fruits and vegetables are incredibly fresh, all organic, and just bursting with flavor.
Honestly, nothing compares. Even their herbs are stunning—like, I walk away with handfuls of basil, mint, and parsley that actually last and smell amazing.
But here’s the kicker: it’s not expensive! I routinely spend less than I would at a grocery store, and the quality isn’t even in the same league. The folks working the market are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about the food and the people they serve.
Once you try McClendon’s, you’ll get it. Just bring a big tote and a little restraint—I usually forget the second part.

Wow… just noticed the apples they are selling aren’t from their farms. These apples are grocery store apples coming from Washington that they are charging double for. What’s local from this place are what’s not? Who knows

We love going to pick up McClendon’s produce at the uptown farmers market on Saturday mornings! It’s so fresh and way better quality than anything you can get at the grocery store and love the affordable prices!! Please don’t change a single thing! I don’t understand how they have negative reviews here for the uptown farmers market, we have always had a great experience and everyone is always so helpful! McClendon’s will receive our full support to continue growing healthy fresh produce for our family to eat especially when there are so few options around town! :)

Best popcorn on the planet!!! Orville who???? I went directly to the farm but you can go to the Uptown Market on Saturday to get their products!!!

I randomly found McClendon's while searching for a local produce subscription/delivery box. I loved that I could pick out whatever I wanted in my box online and then easily go pick it up that following Saturday! I was WOWED when I opened up my box, seriously, every single thing was super fresh and vibrant, I've been cooking yummy meals all week with my goodies. I will be getting a box every week now :) Thanks guys. ALSO when I went to go pick up my box the people working the little booth were super warm and friendly - always appreciate that

A while back I was at Uptown Farmers Market in Phoenix. One of people working at McClendon's was a young man who was very rude and cocky as heck. Started arguing for arguments sake. Walked away without buying anything and haven't bought anything from them since.

They're located in Peoria I'm located in peoria Ridiculous to have to drive to the east valley to purchase Open a farm stand here!
