My trip was a waste of time. This was the third store I am getting to. The first two were closed out of Business so that was a real west of time. This one I did not get the answers to my questions.

This is ridiculous. I'm so sick of Metro. They have the worst customer service ever. I am going to call the better Business bureau or the consumer protection agency. This is ridiculous. You should not be trading your customers like this! This is completely unfair

I was with Metro for nearly a decade, I transferred my phone number from cricket to Metro back in I think it was early to mid 2015. And when I called and told them I needed some numbers or codes so that I could transfer my phone number to another carrier that was cheaper they said oh okay and she put me on hold a couple times and then she transferred me to the portability or something not once did they asked me why I was leaving I just offered it and not once did they try to keep my business I was on the $60 a month plan I was getting free Amazon prime, and I was paying another $2 per month on top of the 60 for scam shield. I paid my bill early every single month I was a good customer I rarely had to get in touch with them for things I did have some problems with the having a signal inside my apartment but that's T-Mobile network that's not their fault I was perfectly happy with them I just am at a point right now that I need to save some money so I switched to mint who so far I am loving by the way. They gave me the impression that they didn't care that I was their customer for almost a decade they gave me the impression that they were almost robots except that I could barely understand them with their strong accents because we all know that it's outsourced overseas for the call center. I got the numbers I explained that I was doing this 3 days before my bill was due and they said well you will forfeit that money and I said I'm not worried about that you I asked if they'd take care of canceling different features and things and he acted like it was more of an annoyance but he gave me the numbers I needed and I got off the phone thinking they don't care if they're keeping their customers they weren't polite but they weren't quite rude so I just got those numbers and codes I needed so that I could transfer carriers and be done with it keeping my same phone number and that was clearly stated when I was given the codes so that was my ending with them I was disappointed in how I was treated I expected you know a little bit more of what can we do to make you stay with us kind of thing no customer service skills whatsoever. So I've been with mint mobile for several days now I am happy with them I do have to pay for Amazon prime now but I'm still getting a better deal than if I'd stayed with Metro and gotten it for free I have to pay for my own Google one cloud service a big dollar 99 a month. Still a lot cheaper than Metro and mint is on the same network. So over the past two days I have gotten notifications from two separate credit card companies that I have now mind you I always paid my bill with my debit card never a credit card but suddenly I'm getting notifications from my credit cards several in fact one actually said that Metro reported that my phone number is now in active and they need a good phone number for me on the account so I went into the account I put my same phone number there and save it, today another credit card company contacted me and wanted me to let them know that they were notified that my phone number is no longer active. What in God's name is that I have never had credit card companies let me know that they were notified that my number was currently inactiveit's a bunch of BS and I would suggest going with any other company well except cricket cuz AT&t kind of screwed cricket up stay away from Metro if you're thinking about going to them this is what you might end up dealing with if you decide to switch carriers and take your phone number, even after nearly a decade of loyalty!! If I could have given them zero Stars I would have.
This was all in dealing with customer service over the phone, I had no problems at the store

The worst customer service I have ever received from a seller that claimed being the manager while she was not even wearing a name tag. She gave me the wrong information claiming that I have to pay $170 dollars to get my service back. I had to drive 20 Minutes to another store where I could get my phone service back paying around $90 only and the lady explained to me that I can upgrade my phone and receive a free phone case as well.

Went here a month ago super excited to get new phones internet. Young lady gave me the wrong phone and she scammed me out of $147 which I never got back it's a very shady metro definitely go somewhere else. Worst customer service I've ever had

Will be leaving metro by T-Mobile these stores are complete scams they can't even help you file insurance claims or suspend numbers for broken phones I have to pay for a phone that is not functional. Every Metro store that I have ever been into has been the exact same way.
