This place is not very good i got a coupon for a free oil change in the mail so i decided to go here and I won't be coming here ever again first time going and it was horrible first i waited like 2 in half hours just to change my oil and then they hardly did anything didn't rotate my tires around or but fluids in or change the filter or even reset the button so it doesn't keep saying my oil low. So seriously the worst place i been to i usually go to sun devil which i love but just went here because i had a coupon but never again.And the guy was telling me everything wrong with my vehicle and explain which was nice but never sent me any of the pictures so i know exactly what needs to be done. If you go here just know you wont be in and out you will be waiting a while and make sure they actually do what they are suppose to do .

The CMS was very courteous and professional gave my car a thorough inspection and answered my questions will definitely be back! And the price was right!

At first I was upset over some miscommunication issues but by the time I left, I was completely satisfied. I was given a comparable product and matching price with a discount plus a free synthetic oil change voucher to offset needing an unexpected realignment service. Thanks for making it right!!

This place is VERY professional . I always get my oil changed and other services here . When waiting in the reception room , you can see how they treat other people getting service . They are very honest , does not try to up-sale . They show photos of any issues your car may have , and you make the decision .
I had run over something on the street with a tiny car (Fiat) , and it ripped a metal engine panel
off a bolt . They took me in right away. , easily took care of the issue with a larger washer / bolt to place this up as it was . Did not even give me a charge for the service / time . This is how you gain loyalty to your business !! Highly recommend !!!

This has been by far the most incompetent mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 3,000 dollars with them and I am still left with the same issues that I had originally. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to them. I will however be coming after them legally after I go to the ROC first. I’m at the point where I want all my money back that I spent on an incompetent mechanic to take to a competent shop to get my vehicle taken care of correctly. I won’t stop until this happens. Let this be a warning to all who go here. Again these are not real mechanics. Only good at collecting money and not fixing the issue that you originally came in for. For the record I gave them 3 opportunities to make this right, and still same problem remains. Horrible Midas franchise.

I had appointment to have my brakes replaced on Saturday. Had a few issues throughout the day. The manager tried to reach me had forgotten my phone in my truck. My brakes were bad and the shocks were shots so I had them replaced. When I was finally able to pick up my truck, I discovered I didn’t have any brake Pressure. I stayed the weekend until they opened up on Monday And the manager had a technician come out I wanted them to take for drive. Which we went for A drive. The brakes needed to be bled, which I left the vehicle therefore couple more hours and it was taken care of, and I was on my way. These were just a few hiccups, but they were resolved, and I am happy and pleased with the service I had gotten Manager and the young technician Michael. I would recommend them to take care of my vehicle again.. The issue was corrected and I went on my way. Vehicle runs good and the brakes are doing fine.
