Exceptional service! Staff is always pleasant. Even when the branch is extremely busy they take care of their customers in a timely manner while addressing all of the customers needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I love this MidFirst location, everyone is so nice and helpful that I end up taking all my business and inquires there. The other day Marisol helped me with a transaction in such a professional and lighthearted manner while her coworker Adrianna also listened to me go on about my day. The interaction made my day and I'll always make sure to come back here.

That seen some stuff before ,had some issues with some of the banks really big bad issues with Chase Wells Fargo not so much I've never really had problems with Wells Fargo so I thought I'd try credit Union in MidFirst seemed convenient and the people were nice over there however I didn't get a debit card until almost 2 months after having the account no one of my problems I have is balancing a checkbook I never was able to balance a checkbook very well but I know this with Wells Fargo whenever you do a check over the phone or whatnot it automatically comes off your balance so naturally assume all banks do that well apparently not had a couple bills that I paid that overdrew the account and I want to look at the account and there were three overdraft fees on the same day 35 * 3 that is a lot of money and for somebody like myself who's not really good at balance balancing a checkbook or whatnot it's like I've never seen so much money for penalties I've been with Wells Fargo's for years now and I've never gotten penalized like anything from them even even if you have overdraft protection you still have to pay you still get a light penalty. So somebody like me is just a perfect target for those kind of fees I mean I could see one but they're able to do five in one day could you imagine that's insane. I understand I'm accountable in this situation as well but that is ridiculous that is shady as far as I'm concerned I mean the gentleman was kind enough to take one of them off but they were willing to take the other two off so c'est la vie in my house closes and my money comes it's going to go to another bank not them though that is a sneaky way to get money far as I'm concerned take advantage of not people that aren't too bright like myself $35 * 3 in one day. I mean that's not a subtle punishment that's an extreme that's ridiculous so if you're like me and not the best of balancing check book and those type of things I wouldn't open account with these folks I literally just closed the account I mean there's other ways they can make money I think I've been gladly that would have been glad to pay for like an overdraft protection but apparently even if you have that you're still going to get that penalty someone like myself you know I'm also on disability from a car accident so money is not easy to come by oh well for recall Chase wasn't even 35 bucks but there's some years ago it just blows me away that somebody a company can do that That's not even a smack on the wrist that's like a punch in the face or in the gut

Always great customer service, tellers up at the front are always nice and helpful. If they aren’t able to do something, they call another branch to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend.

Customer service is alive and well at MidFirst Bank. Business banking is easy, and the drive up tellers are there until 6pm.
