I come here everytime I visit AZ with my Mom (a regular). Usually they give me my extra time (I'm a guy and don't do polish) in massage. Today I bought a pedi 2 (45 mins), and Lin did a good job, but at the 30 minute mark she stopped and said I was done. When I asked about my extra time, she ignored me and walked away, smugly. Angel in the front refused to work with us or hear my concerns. Beware of their business and service practices.

I just had a wonderful full dip set by Margaret. She did amazing! And she’s super sweet! Very clean and professional salon. Already booked my next appointment.

I was very dissapointed with my pedicure. I asked for a french pedicure with a black base and red tips. The pedicurist painted the whole nail black so then the red was not showing up. She finally found another red that would work but the black ended up bleeding through-and the red tip was way too big. I asked for rounded nails, which she did -but the pedicure color was done as if the nails were squared. I asked for a thin silver line in the red tip area but she put it in the area of the black. She did make a correction after I explained again what I had wanted. The gel also overlapped my nails, which I had to carefully cut away. I also think my heals were smoother before I got the pedicure.
I really should have just had her paint the whole nail black after it became clear she did not understand the concept of a French pedicure with colors.

Nail Haven can’t compare to other salons! My family and I have been going for years. The salon is always clean. The staff is friendly and they do a fantastic job!

I had a great appointment with Drea, she was informative to all my questions prior to booking. She was very patient with me since I did have my kids with me. I am a little clumsy too so she had to keep fixing my polish, which she offered to do with no problem. I love that type of customer service! Drea definitely came to the rescue with my last minute same day appointment!! I was able to get my fingers and toes done at affordable price. All the other ladies in the salon were nice too and the salon is beautiful, I can’t wait to book again!! Thank you!Services: Nail painting
