Disabled Veterans Beware Dawn will literally run to lock the door before closing to avoid one more customer then point to the ATM and laugh as she tells you to use it regardless of the fact, the ATM won't meet your needs! Just pure evil!

I feel like I regret getting bank from them I just have to deal with it. Its nice we get our check day early. Sadly, My husband deposited legit check and yet they put it on 5 business day hold which is pointless, it's not like we have bills to pay that is the reason why my husband pulled from his 401k and they think the check isn't real. Haven't been with them that long either.

Very courteous, professional. Easy to get access, and available 24/7! They have everything you need. Great to bank with!

I enjoy the customer service when you walk in to the bank. They are a busy bank but the staff always acknowledge everyone. I am happy that my family told me about Navy Federal Credit Union.

It is very sad to see a National Credit Union that serves the Military not want to focus on SERVICE. From someone who works in a financial institution (Credit Unions) to see how other members get treated, it's pathetic. I asked for a notary for myself and and my disabled brother and sister. Was told by the representative at the front at the Peoria Branch it'll be a 30 min wait which I understood and they said that they would need to come in for the notary for only one (1) representative was a notary. I sat and waited. I was called up by the teller/notary and was assisted. Then she tells me your brother and sister would need to wait for she was getting a "line" (which was two members) I say it's ok. She then offers me another representative to do the notary. I told her, "why didn't the other front end representative offer that to me when I stated I have disabled brother and sister? Service? Really? I will never offer Navy Federal to anyone for any service.
