I don't take the time usually to write a review but when I get as great a service as I recently did, I definitely figured out how to do so. Graham Foster the Operations Manager at Office Max on Lake Pleasant Parkway went above & beyond. I had several boxes of taxes I needed shredded. He not only lifted the boxes for me but helped me slide them into the shredder containers. I then was interested in a HP printer. He was so kind, courteous & knowledgeable!

could not get help from employee at office fax section he was ignoring us because he was on his cell phone waited still no help so I went and told check out they told me there should be someone at the fax area .I than told them there was and I didn't want his help so I went elswhere and won't be back

Unknowledgeable staff in fedex area. Told me wrong drop off information about a fedex package and it was lost for 1 month!
