The regular prices were terrible and not in line with the average consumers budget...the clearance was great and from what I noticed most people n line with me cleaned up with clearance merchandise!

Employees need to acknowledge their customers. Seen maybe 6 employees walking around not one said hi to myself or my husband. It’s the holidays they should be happy and at least say hi.

I ordered 5 shirts online for in store pick up. I received a notification that 1 shirt couldn’t be found. They charged my card for only the 4 shirts. I went in to pick up the order and I still had to wait in line to get my order. When I finally got to the register, I was passed off to some guy who was on the phone and answered 3 calls while “helping” me. He couldn’t multitask so he handed me off to someone else who seemed confused. She was sure where to look for the order. She finally found it. I would have saved a lot of time if I just went into the store and shopped myself. The buy online and pick up in store is a mess. Also, while walking out I found the shirt in my size that they said wasn’t there. Never buying online again.

Disappointed. The entire store was on sale and I picked up a dress from a sale rack with many others of the same, and when I checked out, the girl said it was full price. She didn't bother to go and look or take my word that it was on a sales rack with many others. This is why I don't like shopping here.

Return policy is GARBAGE! Don't buy online or you risk not being able to return. Only 3 returns per account EVER! Management is not helpful. We won't be back.
