Doctor Peter's is the greatest. Very understanding and takes care of her patients. Their is no stupid question with her she explains things in plain English so a person can understand. Staff are pleasant for the most part.The Lab could run little more better. I needed Lab work and was refused the Services because they closed down early. I was standing right at the counter when I was denied.

Dr. Pierrend and the staff at Optima Medical are amazing! I didn’t have to wait longer than 2 minutes and they answered all my questions and took care of me. Always easy to schedule appointments. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Pierrend for 13 years. It's always a pleasure to visit his office. His staff is always friendly and they know what they are doing. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Arpino for several years now. I always get excellent treatment from the doctor & his staff. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room or exam room. Everyone is very friendly & nice.

After spending 11 years in Kirkland, WA, my husband and I moved to Peoria, AZ. We searched for a new doctor and decided to choose Dr Jose Pierrend. He had great reviews and he hasn’t disappointed. He is kind, patient and listens to your needs.Today I saw his nurse practitioner, Jennifer Peters as Dr Pierrend was not available. She was very personable and answered my questions. Although she couldn’t treat me as I need a specialist. She is checking with my insurance plan and will send a referral according to my location. She was very helpful

I’ve always had a pretty good experience with Optima medical. When I arrive I check in with the receptionists who are all very welcoming and I usually am seen within 5 minutes. Waiting for labs on the other had may take a while longer. Overall I have a good experience when I come in to see my doctor.

i'm very disappointed and will never come back here again waiting in the room after checking in for one hour and the doctor didn't show up when i asked the lady in the front office she said I don't know! her answer was not professional at all. and she did not even bother to check when I will see the doctor!

Disorganised, front facing customer care is poor. Appointment scheduling is long, confusing, often inaccurate. Long unnecessary wait times. They've forgotten about us in an exam room for over an hour. Referral follow up is awful. It's highly likely you will lack care in this office.

It took me awhile to find a doctor I was comfortable with, trusted and have confidence in. Dr Arpino is a great doctor! I really feel he cares and will do whatever he can do to medically assess and treat your symptoms. He, when necessary, will refer you to a specialist if needed. I feel his complete attention and concern during my appointments.

Dr. Arpino is outstanding. His attentiveness, professionalism and follow through of my care is the best. Lupe, his assistant is very good- friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A great asset to the office.

So far hands down nurse practitioner Teresa Elbin has been one of the best practitioners in this field that I have had the pleasure of dealing with., especially for something that was so difficult to find and deal with. My hope is going forward in the future that she will continue on in her career and that I will still be able to see her if she does. Also, front staff is always professional they're always right on time they're there for questions they're not snotty rude or anything they're just very pleasant and professional the way a front office person should be in any field thank you ladies all of you! I went in today for my second appointment with Colleen, FNP. I am so pleased that I have finally found my dream PCP. She is a wonderful provider. I am extremely thankful that I found a great provider. Good customer service with office staff. Thank you Optima. Colleen gets 5 stars.

This is a warning about my husband's and my former"doctor" Girolamo Arpino, DO."Doctor" Girolamo Arpino for the last three years told my husband that due to blood tests he had sugar diabetes. The first year Girolamo Arpino said my husband was stage 1, next year stage 2 and early year stage 3 sugar diabetes.This "doctor" Girolamo Arpino was informed, by my husband, of all the cancer and deaths by cancer in my husbands family and for three years never sent him for any additional tests to find out if anything but his "guess" was causing blood work issues.This year my husband went into the emergency room in extreme pain and they told him he never had sugar diabetes; it was always pancreatic cancer and that now he was stage four. It was in his blood and his liver. He went through agonizing weeks of chemotherapy, but it was far too late and thanks to this non-doctoring "doctor" Girolamo Arpino he is now dead. I would certainly not recommend Girolamo Arpino to anyone. Girolamo Arpino was no more than a medical secretary; everything my husband told him was put in Arpino's computer and that is where it stayed.Once again, I have since gotten a doctor to replace Girolamo Arpino and will never ever recommend Girolamo Arpino to anyone nor go back to him for anything.

The facility was clean, the faculty was professional and the services were excellent. They put in a coffee/water bar in for our use, which really is nice and appreciated. We had to wait a little more than usual, but the staff was very pleasant in letting us know that they were a little behind, which was really nice that they took the time to let us know. Thank you for your services.
